*** Official Masters Freeroll Contest ***

These are the rules we followed on the original Masters free roll, put on by Drexel/Zod/God. We will follow this same format this year. I will keep the spreadsheet and update each day. Any questions?

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DONATING, PLEASE POST IN THIS THREAD AND THEN SEND TO DRUFF PAYPAL (pm for details)

Rules:

1) Pick 5 golfers in any order. The person who picks the 5 golfers with the combined lowest 4 rounds win.
2) Read what others have picked before you. If you pick the EXACT five golfers someone else has picked, you will
be ineligible to win
3) If one of your picks or more does not make the cut, whatever he finished after 2 rounds will be added to the
score, i.e. if Dustin Johnson is +10 after day 2, you will have 10 points automatically added.
4) In the event of a tie, the prize will be equally distributed.
4a) If any pick is DQ or DNF you will automatically take a +17 for his final score
5) To be eligible, you must have an account registered on here prior to this post. This contest is open to everyone, friend and foe.
6) I reserve the right to have Druff investigate if I feel a dupe has entered and vacate his/her entry.


Prizes: $100 minimum to the person whose (5) man teams combined total is the lowest. We may pay out a 2nd place as well if we get enough donations. Payouts will be finalized prior to tee time Thursday
There will be no tie breaker, ties will result in a split.
The prize will be awarded via Druffs paypal account and by no other method
Please do not ask Druff to send any other method.

I often went with something like this on The Golf Channel:

Each TEAM should include:
1 American player,
1 British Isles Player (NIR, SCO, IRL, ENG),
1 International (all others)
1 Amateur or Long shot (>50 OWGR)
1 Bonus Choice, if you DON'T put Rory on your team (was always Tiger)

2 points for just making the cut. (This is NOT in addtion to points for a higher finish.)
4 points for finishing 11-20 or ties.
8 points for finishing 6-10 or ties.
10 points for finishing 5th.
11 points for finishing 4th.
12 points for finishing 3rd.
15 points for finishing 2nd.
20 points for the winner.

Sometimes I would add points based on OWGR, but people hated losing to a team of low-ranking players that made the cut!

But hey, this is a freeroll. First in... choice of chalk.

For sure but I already have money on Bovada.

I fired when he shot a 30 on the front nine the other morning in his practice round.

Tiger opened at around 35-40 to 1 everywhere. Holding there most places leaning towards 35. Betonline opened him at 20-1 (LOLOL) yet still had his top 10 at 4.5 to 1, has not changed.
