The big issue with Islands like Antigua is the fact there is nowhere to go. When I was in St Thomas USVI last year, the locals complained loudly that the criminals live within a half block. It's not like say Chicago where you have suburbs like Schaumburg. You literally are on top of each other, which creates a toxic environment, especially if you have money and they do not, and they know you have money.Quote:

I guess you could live there if you were a transient single person. Not sure how you could raise a kid on such a small island unless you accepted the fact they would grow up with the cultures and norms of a third would country.
