Badguy took me up on my offer of Eagles -6.5 last Sunday night. He wanted $900 in action and wanted payment win/loss done through Western Union. I told him I could only do $500 because that is the transfer limit in Arizona.

It was agreed upon and payment was to be made on Tuesday morning 12/31 with the winner covering the cost (which still saves us over $22 on juice alone).

He lost and emailed me Tuesday morning stating he would call me with the info when done. He then emailed me that night and said he got busy and it may have to be Thursday as the grocery stores were closed but Walmart was open and he may be able to swing by if Moneygram was okay. I agreed.

He then napped it out until Thursday morning and said the same thing he said Tuesday. Napping continued until I emailed him at night stating it was time to call him out. This was my instant reply from him:

Not to be a dick, but if you are going to make a bet with a guy with the screen name "Badguy" without escrow, who also has a somewhat shady history on these forums with wagers, you kind of asked for this. That's not even considering the shenanigans with the whole Josie saga.

Aside from that, if you are going to enter into this kind of bet with him, I probably would have given him a little more time considering they definitely are going through some pretty bad weather in his part of the country.

Tuesday was an obv stall, but knowing what we know about him this should be expected. Maybe cla believed that badguy has a decent standing in the community, as he's a beloved clown on a forum called Poker Fraud Alert. It's still his own fault for betting with strangers on the internet, but you can't say it should be obvious to everyone that badguy is a known scammer when nobody treats him as such.

You're right, I wasn't around for NWP and much of DD. I was under the impression that PFA bears little resemblance to those communities and that few of its members have stuck around. Even if that's not the case, I don't really think its entirely (or even majorly) comprised of scammers, degenerates and criminals.

To add to this... Srsly used Jsearles as an example as well. As far as his scamming was concerned, he reveled in it. He constantly brought it up, bragged about it, made up lie after lie, after lie about wanting to settle when all he really wanted to do was garner the attention when the talk of it would die down. There was a long period of time where I had just written it off and refused to give the situation any attention, yet he still would come up with ways to bring it to the forefront again, which is eventually what finally got him banned. If there was ever a person deserving of the shameful and abhorrent treatment around here you speak of, it was him.

Remember a guy by the name of Jasep? He was generally liked around here. How did that work out for him? Bottom line is legit scammers get exposed around here, regardless of their rep.

When beerandpoker posted something about his liver and nobody said anything I thought he must not have an issue paying. A lot of people live in their grandparents basements and bet big/afford $300 a day heroine habits etc.

They run a scam on him, he falls for it because he is an idiot
Jsearles whines

WrenchJockey gets annoyed and permabans him for life.

I joined this site in March and only met and learned of you all from that point on. You are getting away from my point.

My point was this guy "cla" is the same person who started a random thread just liek this looking for suckers to bet him. he got what he was looking for in a degen taking him up on it. Didnt use druff, presumably never tried too so, my point is cla is not as innocent in this as he is acting.

Obv badguy owes if all went down as said, but come on even I know having only been here since March badguy does NOT have the means to pay a bet like that. You all can call me dumb, fuct etc but the logical minded will understand exactly what my point is.
