Completely off topic, but here is a high level burgering tip: throw your buns in an air fryer for a few minutes at 375 - I've been doing this for several months now with just a little unsalted Kerrygold on each. Not sure what sort of magical toasting properties my air fryer contains, but it's noticeably better than any other method I've used. Absolutely elite.
