Not at all the same thing because of the physical power difference between males and females. The biggest issues with male-to-female sexual harassment come from the female not being able to physically prevent the male from doing it, and/or the consequences for refusing if the man is in a position of power (think Harvey Weinstein).

It's not a matter of what's "cool". It's a matter of whether you should go cry on YouTube about it afterwards.

Again, these weren't two strangers. This was a girl who he was kissing on camera for Tiktok in multiple "relationship" videos, and their fans were eating it up. She obviously thought he was legit into her, and tried to make a move while at this party, probably while drunk. As I said, a misunderstanding.
