Ellen Page is married to Emma Portner, came out as gay in February 2014.
Will Dustin "NeverWin" Woolf change his name to "Danni"?

Awaiting Druff's perspective with bated breath.
Always strikes me a bit odd when someone switches teams but essentially keeps their 'dead' name (Ellen = Elliot).

I don't know much about this person so I went to check their Wikipedia page and it's so fucking confusing. It refers to him as Elliot right off the bat, with no mention of transgendreism, and describes various female roles he's played. Once you scroll down a bit it finally mentions that she used to be Ellen Page and underwent a transition.
I think it should be perfectly acceptable to refer to a person by their previous name/pronouns when talking about their former life. There's nothing disrespectful about that, it's just describing things as how they happened. Imagine someone unfamiliar with Kaitlyn Jenner trying to read her bio. They'd be understandably perplexed about how this woman played college football and won Olympic medals in men's decathlon.
I'm a little confused here. Is "Elliot" going to start dressing like a dude, have a dude's haircut, and get on hormones?
Or is this just going to be Ellen calling herself by a new name, and demanding the pronoun "they" (which I never understood, and seems indicative of someone who really doesn't want to drop their birth gender).
Ellen has been an insufferable SJW for a long time, so this isn't surprising.
She popped on a penis and she's a man now?
Too many hollywood celebrities are fucked up in the head.

Her wife already looks like a dude.
So is this going to look like 2 gay dudes together now, when neither has a penis?
Nice, real nice Druff.
You never seem to disappoint with your takes.
Juno, great fuckin movie. Amirite?
Do we have to retroactively cancel movies like Juno, Inception, etc?
My guy Elliot seems to be playing a woman in a current Netflix show, The Umbrella Academy. Gotta assume that he first resigned before the social media transition?
Also, am I now a faggot for having a hard on for the artist formerly known as Ellen in the mid 2000's?
:lol2
Name and new picture changed on IMDB.

Elliott Page
So Elliot is a rich white male now?
Does that mean we are supposed to hate him?
:baddecision
I think Umbrella academy is entertaining enough although Elliots character is probably the dullest, not his fault as his acting is fine.
But he pretty much stunk it up in Inception.
He also seriously over acted in the overrated “Hard Candy”
Juno was probably his apex, good movie...although if Michael Ceras character had known it was a guy, he probably wouldn’t have boned him.
I'M A BOY TODAY HEHE LOOK HOW OPPRESSED TRANS MEN ARE
Watch now because he’s sort of a celebrity, Elliot will somehow get right to the top of the penis donor list.
I’m thinking Elliot will dump his lover for Kaitlin Jenner. Maybe Bruce’s penis is still around, cryogenically frozen in case Bruce ever changes his mind. Kaitlin could donate it to Elliot. Problem solved. Personally, I think Ellen Page is hot and I like most of her movies.
Being trans-gender is popular this year.

This thread is sickening and pitiful for the people who partake for all the wrong reasons.
This slightest minority is causing some belonging to the majority great worry.
What do you care about what any other does when it has zero affect on you?
The world you were born into is not the world you will die in.
Suffer
The other problem is that Ellen is like 5' tall and 90 pounds, so that's pretty similar to when a 6'5" dude with broad shoulders wants to become a woman.
There's actually a lot of problems here, such as this likely being somewhat of an attention ploy, and the insane "deadnaming" going on, to where major publications and websites are scrambling to change old articles to say "Elliot" and the pronoun 'he", for fear of being attacked by the woke mob.
Physically, she just isn't going to pass for a man very well, given her tiny size. It's not like Chaz Bono, who was kinda big and masculine anyway.
The "coming out as transgender AND non-binary on the same day" and the new pronouns of "he/they" pretty much indicates that Ellen isn't really interested in actually being a man. That's why none of this non-binary shit makes any sense. If you don't want to completely abandon your birth gender and go the other way, why bother changing identities and pronouns? There have been feminine men and masculine women for centuries. The "non-binary" BS is completely unnecessary, and when I see someone claiming to be "trans but non-binary", I pretty much dismiss them as an attention whore.
Attention whores are a big part of any culture and none bigger than yours. The Kardashians. End of story.
Transgender-ism is a lot more involved than breast augmentation. Regardless, the impact any of this has on you is subjective.
Don't look at it. It goes away. Just like Major League Baseball
His best work.

Looking at his recent pictures his face seems to have masculinized a lot (higher forehead, squarer jaw, more angular face). Wouldn't be surprised if he was already taking hormones. I know slight masculinization happens with age naturally, but it seems to be very extreme in this case.
In her prime she was definitely a cutie though. Nothing can take that away.
so cute girl wants to become a cute boy in the beiber mold.
What movie studio is going to be the first to cast this dude?

Mental illness and societies embrace of it as some sort of virtue.
Nothing wrong with live and let live, for Elliot or whomever else feels this way, but this has now trickled down to children being labeled by their parents as "trans" for attention.
No, it's not normal, nor homo or transphobic to say otherwise.
Can't believe this needs to be explained.
It is ludicrous to refer to Ellen Page circa 2006 as he/him/his or as Elliot. She identified as female at the time. Kalam refers to him as "him" in the present tense. This is the most reasonable and respectful way of going about it. It's not the same thing as deliberately using the wrong terms presently to be a jerk.
