Yea same here on both clients Bovada and Ignition which usually happens if one goes down but I tried both anyways.

I was able to login the poker client early in the morning on Bovada but it didn't show my balance then it appeared 30 minutes later.
Today I can see my balance through the website but the poker client is that black screen when you load it.
I wonder if this shit has anything to do with that stupid captcha I have to type in every time I load the client. Don't get me wrong I'm all for poker sites trying to be sure humans are behind the account but their has to be a better way of doing this then every time I open the client up.
If anything a human can be there loading it up and fire up their bot afterwards so having the captcha at the start up could be worthless.

I think the captcha service could be the cause for the black screen issue but I'm not for certain.
Yesterday when I finally could get the lobby to pull up I noticed some tournaments and games were running even though I didn't have a balance yet. I don't think this issue is happening on Bodog and Bodog Asia clients.

I tried to get the 20 dollar bonus. Got someone with a really heavy accent. I know im slow but she kept telling me I was credited. Found out a lot about bonus feature and points . Am I understanding 20 dollars with a playthru or they give the 20 dollars? Got 3d in 500 guarantee. AK late vs jj then had 3 way all in with my aa vs kk and haha 45 guy wasn't priced in.
So as I said, Ignition gave me the 25000 points but not Bovada, even though I actively use both.
I called Bovada and got some really obnoxious rep who kept interrupting me and telling me bullshit. Among other things, she tried to claim that only people who were cut off during tournaments got the 25000 points, and that I "shouldn't believe everything on the internet" which says otherwise.

She also tried to refuse transferring me to a supervisor, and simply wanted me to allow her to "research it" and tell me the reason why I didn't get it. So basically I was supposed to wait on hold for a justification why I didn't get it, with no chance to appeal.
Fuck that.
Finally I browbeat her into transferring me to a supervisor, who was a lot nicer. The supervisor told me that you had to have "placed a wager in some way" between 11/28 and 11/30 to have gotten the 25000. They saw I logged in during those dates, but didn't bet on anything or play any poker, so that's why I was skipped. She did concede that I've placed a ton of wagers before and after those dates, including recently. I placed four bets on 11/27, and they were down for about 36 hours on 11/28 and 11/29, so basically because I didn't bet on anything on 11/30, I wasn't technically eligible. Dumb.
I asked for an exception, she had to ask someone in "promotions", and they gave me the 25000 as a "one time exception", whatever that means.
Anyway, stressful phone call as always when it involves Bovada, but at least I got the points.

Was doing pretty well in another 500 guarantee only 150 runners . Have been running pretty well i that 20k and get the AK. Guy 3 bet it with blinds at 250 500 I shove him in as was on a good run he had jack king and he flops the jack. No Mulva bad beats need to refresh. They did say 20 the day before it went up when spoke to employee.
The one thing that irritates me is when you go to make a withdrawal by bitcoin how it says 15 minutes and you are never paid in that time frame, nor is your withdrawal even looked at until at least several hours later.
This is very misleading and shouldn't be mentioned on the website.
