Supposedly the account has been suspended.
acr has always been rife with bots.A lot of money tantamount to stealing .
a couple of times over the last month i have gotten a pop up on ACR with a black dot and white dot and it told me to 'click the black dot'...
wondering if they've caught any bots through those popups...
This bot was reported back in June of last year when it did this (left table) at a FINAL Table with 8 left with another bot versus a different streamer (short clip below):

It's just more proof ACR don't investigate shit until enough people make a stink about it because this streamer was told they would look into it and obviously did not. This is not proper final table play ever and they were clearly looking to collude for a huge pot.

How can they let a bot go on for so long stealing after it's been reported and all of the sudden come up with these random numbers for refunds out of the blue?
I've barely played on WPN and know I've had this FoxRox bot at my table several times so I decided to check and see my refund is zero point zero. Perhaps it didn't cash or ladder up versus me but regardless how the in the hell are they coming up with these numbers?
I assume this bot also played cash games otherwise they are saying the bot directly affected people for way more than it shows it's up on sharkscope?
This is just one bot which could be internal for all we know that got popped and guess what a $209 refund is going to "Gluckauf" who "FoxRox" is colluding with in the hand clip I posted a few days ago.
Half of this amount they are refunding could be going to other bots for all we know.
As one bot gets shutdown tons more will be created but hey all this free publicity from people thanking WPN in the tweet gave them exactly what they wanted by doing this trying to save face.

They aren't refunding any money out of their own damn pockets come on.. What they've refunded came from the seized money they got from the player.. Now truthfully if they can only recover so much then that's what they refunded based on percentages to the affected accounts but if they are capping out refunds just because they want to then it screams as an excuse to make extra free rake for Nagys wallet.. Lets all admit its likely more the later then the former granted we cant see the financials to know how much was stolen vs still in the account but given ACRs history on such things.. Reality is if the former is the case then just say it.. How the hell hard is it for a poker site to be open and transparent about such things.. It gives them more credibility in the long run then just hiding shit and lying to the players... Maybe thatll happen eventually with a site that operates with openness and transparency.. Hmm maybe even a site that allows players to be micro owners as an option (hmm now theres an idea potentially where instead of rakeback if a player decides to be a small micro investor then they get a share of the profits of the site after expenses which are all accessible to those 'owner/players') so no bullshitting unlike the shenanigans like Full Tilt and such.. The new 8 bots are up on the website and refunds have been issued to the 25k cap.
Many of these bots took $100k+ out of the poker economy so ACR is only taking so much responsibility here in being extremely negligent with their approach when people have reported these names in the past.

I watched most of it earlier and their was so much repetition it got a bit annoying.
As for each ones demeanor Phil admitted he fucked up but what really struck him the wrong way is when Joey used the word "superuser" which Phil says he takes seriously because even though they have admittedly not handled stuff well he's no thief.
Joey asked him the questions and didn't throw as many softballs as I thought he would but perhaps could have pushed some things more.
It felt as if both guys had brainstormed what each person was going to say on several things in order to give a somewhat "rehearsed" answer. This is fine as people who are the interviewer and interviewed do this regularly in life but I wish someone was puzzled a lot more as to a response. Their were a few times each might have been a little stumped but nothing too crazy.
We'll see in the upcoming months if things get better over there. It sounds like they are lacking the manpower but intend to commit to cleaning things up at least for the time being.
I still think had FoxRox not malfunctioned things would be business as usual over there with bots continuing on but this video proof was too much to ignore.

I think Nagy felt forced to take some kind of extreme action in order to calm the angry mob regarding the FoxRox scandal.
So he decided to appear on Joey's show, and appear like he's willing to face his toughest critic.
It was funny to watch all the wrangling at the beginning regarding the term "superuser" -- a term adapted to poker by me in 2007, to first describe the Absolute Poker cheating. The term itself is a computer science term describing an account on a system with administrative privileges, but I adapted it to poker when first reporting the AP cheating, referring to it as a player who can see your hole cards. It caught on and quickly became the accepted term. When I hear it being thrown about so commonly over the past 12 years, I sometimes wonder what term they'd be using if I were never part of poker.

I don't think this bot malfunctioned, I don't think its creator ever thought these things would ever get heads up and if it did it'd report the operator running it and dude was asleep at the wheel.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have plenty under investigation and close down a few a week instead of 25, 50, etc. right now since this will show long term proactiveness.
So is Phil Nagey actually a thief? He was called out for bots stealing from the poker community and responded by pulling out of 2 plus 2 forum without addressing those issues. I think along the way he stated that if he got rid of all the bots on the site then acr would be depleted significantly of its player base. The bots generated so much rake he looked the other way until it was proven how bot infested the site was. They don't even show what cards a player has on showdown , plus the late registration and 8 hour tournaments are not an attractive option.
All that work Joey put into finding bots and this is the kind of refund they gave him. I don't know whether to laugh at how outrageously low this is or to shake my head in disgust.
