Lots to say about this one.
First off, not only doesn't he deny it, but I think this was intentional.
He quickly showed this screen shot from the Rio's system:
Notice the top four lines. He got paid on July 1, and then got paid again on July 14.
He says that it had to do with his payout ticket (which they give to all people who cash at the WSOP) not initially being collected, which means the second wasn't a default payout. He actually showed up with it again and collected the money a second time.
There's no chance this was a mistake.

The $4938 cash was his final one, on June 27.
It looks likely that he decided to take a shot at redeeming the cash again 13 days after he did it the first time, and it worked.
Then some auditor found it and locked his account until he paid the money back.
I'm very surprised the consequences were so light.
This was clearly intentional. It's not like he can claim he had 13 cashes and got confused. He cashed THREE TIMES the entire WSOP, and this was his biggest one. He definitely didn't get confused.
If I were Caesars, I would have banned his ass for life.
However, I also know that the WSOP is very social media wary (they don't like having visible people on poker social media bashing them), so it's possible Boski (real name Jeff Sluzinski) got a pass based upon his highly popular vlog.
LOL at giving the guy a $100 food voucher for paying back the money he scammed from them.

His own words from the video also contradict his explanation. He seems proud that the WSOP just invented the "Boski Rule" for 2019, which eliminates the payout cards. So this mistake definitely has something to do with the payout card. His story above claims that he simply showed up and had them check for the computer for unpaid cashes, which should have NOTHING to do with the payout card.
Surely the payout card had something to do with all of this, if they eliminated it.

Scammers like Christopher Mitchell can keep going while poker vlog channels are getting banned.
It really is ridiculous I totally agree. YouTube is very strict when it comes to promoting online gaming sites. I cringed every time Boski would say use promo code “Boski on ACR” because I knew that people could report that either just to be assholes or if they didn’t like him. I think that’s what took him down. I didn’t watch too many of his vlogs but I remember him plugging the site when I did.Quote:

I have reported CM’s videos countless times. I guess the world just doesn’t make sense. They have decided to come down hard on real money gambling advertisements and not scams. First off the YouTube comment blocking is pissing me off. I understand blocking comments that are clearly just trolling or mean spirited but allowing any comment to be blocked at the sole discretion of content creator is really ridiculous. I get that YouTube doesn’t want to go through the process of reviewing an appeal to a blocked comment. In no World is that practical. I also get the comment section can be a cesspool & is just nasty for no real reason at times.
If YouTube sees that a channel is blocking a majority of the comments shouldn’t that be a red flag? This should especially go to a channel which is clearly selling products &/or services. The comments can save so many people from being scammed.
The rule should be if you are going to hide over a certain percentage of your comments then you need to have your comment function disabled. If you’re spending your whole day hiding comments then you shouldn’t get to cherry pick the few good ones.
Druff destroyed Boski in a few paragraphs. There is just no way he didn’t know he got paid. There is no fucking way this guy wasn’t going to remember he cashed THREE times. What utter nonsense it is and so dismissive of the audience. Really Jeff you go with a sheet & make sure you got all THREE of your cashes? So instead of looking like a weasel he now can claim he’s such a big shot he must go back to the Rio and make sure he got all those cashes because he so prolific that he just loses count.
The audience eats up the BS & Druff just wrote what was probably pretty close if not the truth. 3 ways Boski could of dealt with Druff’s comment. 1) Respond to it 2) Ignore it 3) Hide it. 1 is the proper way, 2 is weak but acceptable as others can draw their own conclusion and 3 is just plain chickenshit.
I will admit there has surely been times in my life at a casino where the dealer clearly made a mistake in my favor or I think I may have been overpaid. On most occasions I will notify the dealer. There have been times where I am sure I haven’t & rationalized it by thinking I’ve got to have been shorted in the casino a number of times when I didn’t notice when it happened. Therefore a mistake or two going my way isn’t such a big deal. I am talking about pit games here not poker of course just strictly playing against the house. I think we all have been in the situation where we see a player get paid when they shouldn’t & in general I think it’s not my place to correct that mistake.
In Boski’s case this seems to have been premeditated. This story is just ridiculous.
While the standard rule is two wrongs don’t make a right as pointed out the fact YouTube allows BS scammers like CM to perpetuate their scams online and monetizing that crap while taking down videos like above just make no sense. The amazing standard of the YouTube Nazis never ceases to amaze me. That should concern everybody. Legit gaming sites are demonetized and kicked out while crooks are allowed to perpetuate their criminal actions essentially.
The ACR faucet gets turned back on (Doubt they would pay him nearly the same without YouTube). He was clearly in violation of the gambling promotion TOS. Pretty much all the other vloggers are at least promoting betting apps on their platform so they know if one domino falls they could be next.
