Getting killed by the awful Niners in the first game was pretty much all you needed to know.
Atlanta hanging 42 without Julio was some serious shit.
in other news gares boy lane kiffin landed that prestigious FAU head coaching job.
took a pay cut too, that's how much of a gem this one is.
Fisher will be one of the first coaches hired this off season.
Going to be great to watch Michigan fans lose their collective minds when Harbaugh considers this job when they throw 10 milly a year at him. Not that I put a lot of faith in this "offer" and hope he stays at Michigan for the good of the big ten (and I admit I love watching him throw shit everywhere). But 10 mil is 10 mil
you think harbaugh actually thinks about taking this job? what is he making now with all the endorsements and shit, like 7-8? he gets to do what he wants, when he wants, doesn't have to answer to anybody as long as he's not a fuckwad who embarrasses the university...just cant see him wanting to go back to the NFL and deal with a GM who is buying all his groceries so to speak...maybe I'm wrong, but can only see him going back to the NFL if he gets a Kelly type deal where he can get personnel control with being the head coach...
I think it's all BS, but KC sports radio today is saying LA has preliminarily discussed sending 2 1st round picks and Jared Goff to KC for Andy Reid. Reid has an off-season LA home and has often talked about retiring there.
And Harbaugh's wife and family are from KC. So it could get interesting here to say the least
harbaugh aint leaving michigan, for a multitude of reasons.
one of them being nike.
nike deal was worth 178m of which jim harbaugh gets kick backs from.
soo hes not going to KC, LA etc.
we can end that discussion
Kroenke is a terrible owner, Fisher is a decent coach. Not his fault . . .
I like him but he won't get a head coaching gig next year. 50/50 if he ever gets one.
harbaugh doesn't get that much from the Jordan deal does he? cant remember who was breaking down his comp but coulda swore they said that that was only like 500K-1M of his overall comp...
guess in the grand scheme of his pay that's over 10%, but didn't think it was something absurd like 2-3-4M...
Did Fisher have any say in personnel over the past 5 years? Didn't he have full control when he started or am I misremembering?
I used to think he was a good coach but now I am not so sure? Like I know the offense has sucked but who the hell have his offensive coordinators been?
Lastly LOL @ the Andy Reid for those picks AND Jared Goff. Sounds so made up. I don't think Reid would leave even if he was "traded"
Why would KC want to trade a guy who is like 21-3 in his last 24 games as well.
Bert Breer says the Harbaugh thing is a real possibility
I honestly don't get the jeff fisher love...just looking at this screams 'we're gonna be 7-9 to 9-7 every year'...
amazing what happens when you get the jewelry...dyson doesn't get tackled at the 1/2 yard line and they win that game in OT all of a sudden all of the 7-9, 8-8, 9-7s are forgiven...
whenever I watch eli play I just shake my head that he's gonna get into the HOF because of those rings...
Fisher is the white bread of NFL coaches. He is like an average CEO with no original ideas. People tend to like him. Give him a good roster with competent coordinators and he won't fuck it up. Give him a below average roster and shit coordinators and he's not gonna do much to help.
just looked at andy's record...its fucking phenomenal for a guy that looks like mr. magoo coaching out there...I mean his record is outstanding for a guy that's only been close to winning the super bowl once...
unless something strange happens, he's gonna win 200+ games with an over 60% win pct...I mean somehow the guy is a lock for 9-10 wins every fucking year...hard to fire somebody like that...you hope as an owner that one year he'll luck his way into winning the whole thing...
jeff fisher is a total clown, i can't understand how anyone would think otherwise
nice job trading all those picks for goff
I am enjoying the rest of the country seeing what a total shitshow we had to deal with in St. Louis with rams
fisher, demoff, and kroenke are terrible human beings and I wish nothing but the worst for them for what they have done
who was on that 2008 team jake locker ? Im too lazy to look it up. I cant remember the titans being good since the music city miracle
Edit: was it hasselback?

Harbaughs response to recent rumors "lies made up by our enemies"
Fwiw the Nike deal pays the university 88 million in cash to UM over 25 years...he ain't getting 2-3 million a year of that
I have little doubt he stays at UM for the foreseeable future....something to think about though. This years team was loaded with seniors and he didn't win a Big Ten title or make the playoff....games against Florida, Wisconsin, PSU, MSU (fluke down year this year ), and OSU he better hope to win all five next season. If PSU is officially back then east division is top heavy. It's only going to get harder in a few years when you throw in VT, Washington (same season)..followed by Texas/Oklahoma (split seasons) to go along with PSU, OSU, Wisconsin. If he doesn't win a big 10 title in the next two years how frustrated will he get before he decides he can make more money, lose 6 games, and still make runs at Super Bowls.
fisher was given a huge amount of authority regarding personnel decisions
he also drafted greg robinson at #2 who was a lol healthy scratch a couple weeks ago
the whole organization is a fail. i feel sorry for a player like aaron donald, who will be a HOF'er and deserves much better
rams do have the goat uniforms in those blue yellows and that white blue helmet throwback they went with was also incredible
Not gonna go back and quote it but including andy reid in the jeff fisher etc conversation is retarded. Hes had some LOL moments managing the clock buts pretty well known amongst players and front office guys that andy is an exceptional coach and is among the first to receive calls as soon as big jobs open up.
