When Hilarie, 27, responded to the knock on the door, the men overpowered him and dashed inside, police said.
The struggle ended in the kitchen.
"Hilarie was begging for his life, he was not putting up any kind of fight, and was telling them that he had a 5-year-old daughter," according to arrest reports obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.
Hilarie was shot in the head and collapsed on the kitchen floor, Auburndale's Deputy Police Chief Andy Ray told The Post.
As Hilarie bled out, Ray said, the suspects went downstairs, pulled their car to the front of the apartment and began stealing the dead man's Xbox, iPhone and TVs -- valuables Bustos had spotted the night before.
A witness told investigators that Bustos had been involved in at least one similar robbery before, Ray told The Post.
For her role in the deadly robbery of Adam Hilarie, Bustos was paid $50 in cash, police said.

No idea if thats true and probably not but I considered it when one of the details of the robbery was he was begging for his life. When if you look up the robbers and the chicks facebook profiles you see them selling phones and other obviously stolen things right and left.

I was able to find the facebook profile of the chick that made the dating profile

Also her mother's profile who's comments section was unprivate and it was an absolute shit show the last couple days although it has since been edited.

I was unable to find the trigger man Andre Warner's profile or Gary Gray's.

Hailey and Christina Bustos profile were up until last night. The only reason I found Josh Ellington is because he was on Hailey's friends list. The mother had been in jail before and was getting absolutley crucified by randoms. This was plenty of days after they got arrested. Basically Christina was a fucked up meth head with a long criminal history, and must have done a piss-poor job raising her two daughters. One (Heavenlee) mostly turned out okay, but Hailey fell into a life of crime and never turned around.

It doesn't make any sense that this was premeditated. The guys burgled people day in, day out. At least Josh and Hailey seemed too. I'm curious to hear about the further details. No doubt the shooter should get death though. My natural position is Devils advocate but even my bleeding heart can't find anything at all to care about. I look forward to more details emerging. Basically every report I read from when I binged on this said that Hilarie was begging for his life before shot in the head. Then there were a few other news stories that said there was a fight and struggle before he was shot. I'm not saying both things can't be true but its kind of hard to imagine it being both.

She will not get anywhere near 30 years, probably 15 years given her age out in 10 years. She'll get portrayed as a victim of her male abusers, say she was threatened, etc... She'll plea out and testify against the others. When she gets out at age 30 its not like she will be a threat to anyone. She'll likely be 250 lbs and turn to a life of hard core drugs, and expire around the age of 40. The other three, I agree, they get life and the shooter gets death.

Actually it is more expensive to sentence someone to death than to issue a life sentence. The appeal process and timeline to execute someone takes forever (except for Texas-- don't mess with Texas) People sentenced to life do not get the same appeal considerations-- huge savings

99 % of the time all expenses during the appeal process are paid by taxpayers ( lawyers and jail expenses, etc )

you actually pay Jail expenses plus Attorney fees while they serve what can be potentially equal to a life sentence ( 20 to 30 years)

So they got maybe $1500 worth of stuff between 4 people. For $1500 worth of shit they are gonna be handed death, life in prison and maybe 20 or 30 years.Well done assholes.
