I would be interested to hear the cbs sports network ratings on this just because even the WSOP Main Event these days draws less than 100k viewership. I'd be surprised if this tournament got even 25% of that, yet on twitch they have over 17k viewers atm.
I think you can get CBS Sports Network on Dish and Direct TV.
On Cable, you must have a cable package where you get most of the channels, otherwise you don't get it.
