Bilzerian is now a brand. You want his time then you better have something good to offer.
I'm sure his agent will let you know his requirements.
<Druff calliing Bilzerian>
DRUFF: "Hi Dan.....My name is Todd Witeles. We would like to have you come on our show and possibly address your upcoming bike riding wager, along with the stories regarding how you actually got money illegally from your father, while claiming you won it all from poker. By the way, our site is called POKER FRAUD ALERT"
BILZ: <click>
DRUFF: "Hello?"
I am pretty sure he is banging Bambi, which upsets me on multiple levels.
Also surprised there hasn't been more talk about the two of them possibly being in a relationship.
Not sure why everyone thinks because they were hanging out that it's a given Dan hit it.
Bambi said they are friends and she is a fan of meeting different types of people who she wouldn't normally hang out with just to see what their life is like but it's nothing more then that.
Regardless if they have banged or not I'm sure she's slept with some dudes who are assholes in her life cause she's just too hot not to.
Druff needs to chime in. I heard him or maybe Drexel mention on a recent show that they had him on years ago before he became a brand. Maybe he would do it for old time's sake?!
Just gonna leave this right here...

This line (albeit I am not too sure how real) is now on Bovada:
he posted a photo of him taping a gel pad to his seat. He looked huge on that bike. Lots of weight to carry for a 5'9 guy. Race apparently is in 3 weeks and not end of May.
does he train cardio at all, or just lift?
I still think he wont finish in time.
I think it isn't a matter of cardio, much more a matter of will his legs hold up for day two.
Bikes are so light and gear ratios are so good now that there will be very little resistance/cardio at 12-15MPH.
If it was me I would try and ride like the first 16 of 18 hours at 14MPH. That'd get him 75% of the way there.
Then I would get off intake a huge amount of calories, potassium, and electrolytes.
Ice Bath, 60 minute deep tissue massage on back and legs.
Sleep 10-12 hours
Wake up carb load, potassium load and get on my way.
Give myself 15-16 hours to get the last 75 miles.
its those altitude changes though. Hell, the minute I have to bike uphill, Im always like, FUCK....I dont even want like 3 degrees of incline for like a block. Im standing up, and taking large steps on the pedals. My heart beats fast.
He has miles of that. I guess put it in the highest gear and pedal away.
I wonder if he has practiced the route yet?
I'll escrow with Druff , he fails my $100 -$120
if the dude went almost all the way through seal team training (and made it through hell week) he's winning a bicycle bet
I found the 2nd interview with Dan Bilzerian

At what point does a Seal sit on a seat for 30 hours?
At what point does a Seal ride a bike and use leg muscles for two straight days?
The worlds strongest man may not be able to run 2 miles.
The worlds best triathlete may not be able to bench press 200lbs.
Its a different set of muscles and discomfort on a seat, for a prolonged period of time. The fact that he is strong and able to likely endure strenuous exercise and pain will likely help. He is muscular, but fortunately, in this case, somewhat short, so the weight may not be an issue. But when you dont use the specific muscles of the leg for LONG, CONTINUOUS hours, for two straight days, its not something that simple. You can benchpress 200lbs for 10 reps?....great! Now, benchpress 50 lbs for 3 straight hours. Good Luck.
I just went to Bovada to check the latest line for the Bilzarian bet and Yes is still favorite at -320 to No at +210 then I find this gem.. How did we miss this
Will Lance Armstrorng win Bill Perkins' bet to bike ride from LA to Las Vegas in 15hrs. or less?
Apparently Bill has prop bet the PED king of the Tour De France the same distance but 15hrs max for Lance to do it in and the odds are as follows
Yes -250 No +170
Also Bovada has posted that the only stipulations is the rides must take place NLT JUNE 30th to have action so theres nothing that says Bilzarian or Armstrong have to ride by End of the Month.
dude have you ever seen any vids from hell week? the whole thing is just one mind fuck endurance test after another. point of it is to find the fraction of near elite athletes who can keep moving forward even though theyve long since passed the physical and mental breaking point.
welp i cant find any decent pics but these are from hell week and those poor bastards basically do shit like this 24/7 for the entire week, which would be bad enough but they make sure the BUDs are freezing asses off as much as possible during the week, especially at night (eq, they make them swim and sit in the 55-63 degree, at best, pacific ocean at night to prevent them from sleeping and probably to give them hypothermia), they make sure the BUDs get no sleep except for maybe whatever the absolute minimum is for a person not die (an hour or two every couple days or so) and then they yell at them and otherwise psychologically attack them the entire time (eg, absolutely verbally destroy each of them again and again and fuck with them by shooting 50 cals right above their heads).
Pics and description don't even a remotely decent job of describing how ridiculously difficult hell week is. but if he can survive hell week he can survive an uncomfortable bike seat (assuming he doesn't have another heart attack).

there we go....7:40 in the second video: 5 and half days, 4 hours total of sleep (the entire time), physical training of 20 or more hours per day AND 200 miles of running. ring the bell, drk
One thing to keep in mind, though, is that Bilzerian is 35. He's was in the SEAL program in the year 2000.
Ask any professional athlete the difference between their body at 35 and in their late teens/early 20s.
While Bilzerian has kept himself in good shape since then, the bottom line is that he's 16 years older, and you can't really compare what he did during SEAL training to what he's capable of now.
