FBI sources reportedly told Fox 59 that the charges are expected to be announced tomorrow afternoon. RTV6 and TMZ also report that Fogle will accept a plea deal.
Russell Taylor, the former executive director of Fogle’s charity, The Jared Foundation, was arrested in April and charged with child exploitation, possession of child pornography, and voyeurism. Police claim they found some 500 photos in his home; computers and DVDs were also reportedly seized from Fogle’s home in July.
When reached for comment by Fox 59 reporter, Subway said their relationship with Fogle continues as a “mutual suspension.”

Federal, state and local investigators -- including the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force -- descended on Fogle's home in July.

The terms of the deal have not been released, and the U.S. Attorney's Office does not comment on ongoing investigations.
Fogle could make an appearance in federal court as early as Wednesday morning.
Sources familiar with the investigation said the raid was part of a continuing probe of the indictment and arrest of former Jared Foundation president Russell Taylor.
Taylor lost his job after he was arrested in May. Investigators said they found hidden cameras and 400 videos of child pornography on computers in his home.
Shortly after the raid, Subway suspended its relationship with Fogle.
The latest allegation about Jared Fogle, if true, is appalling. As previously stated, we have suspended our relationship with Jared.

If Jared's employee simply had used his computer and stored child porn on there without Jared's knowledge, I doubt Jared would have pled guilty.
And pedophilia is fairly uncommon, so it's not that likely Jared hired a pedophile to direct his foundation and they just happened to realize they had the same interest.
I'm guessing that Jared met this dude online on some site for pedos, befriended him, and eventually hired him to direct his foundation.
Then the guy got busted and it all unraveled.
If Jared had just watched the pedo videos in his own home and didn't associate with a known pedo, he probably would have gotten away with it.

According to documents released today by the U.S. Attorney’s office, Subway Jared is going to jail for a while: he’s pleaded guilty to charges that he had sex with two minors and collected homemade child pornography from the president of his charitable foundation.
The allegations go well beyond the initial reports that the long-time Subway spokesperson merely possessed child porn on his computers: according to the new documents, Jared Fogle regularly trolled the internet for underage escorts, ultimately paying for sex with at least two minors in rooms at “upscale New York hotels” like the Plaza and the Ritz Carlton.
Fogle reportedly told one victim via text message that he would “accept a 16-year-old girl,” but specified “the younger the girl the better.”
According to the documents, Fogle would have sex with the underage escorts to “insure they were not undercover police officers,” before asking them to connect him to other “minors as young as 14 and 15.”
Fogle was also allegedly in possession of child pornography featuring both boys and girls—some of it homemade by the president of his charity, the Jared Foundation:
Part of the case involves images Fogle received from Russell Taylor, the head of Fogle’s foundation. According to the complaint, Taylor sent Fogle photos of and videos from hidden cameras in Taylor’s house, featuring children as young as 6.
The AP reports Fogle has agreed to a plea deal that would pay $1.4 million in restitution to his victims ($100,000 each) and force him to register as a sex offender and undergo treatment for a sexual disorder.
The deal specifies he’ll serve somewhere between five and 12.5 years in prison. In exchange, he’s reportedly pleading guilty to one count of travel to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and one count of distribution and receipt of child pornography.
CORRECTION 11:53 am: According to his plea deal, Fogle had sex with two minors, not 14 as originally stated. The other 12 victims were secretly filmed engaging in “sexually explicit conduct” by Taylor, the president of Fogle’s charity. Fogle was found to be in possession of those videos, and will pay restitution to those victims as part of his plea deal.

I don't have science to back this up, but I think he would have gotten away with it if Subway made a decent sandwich.
From what I can tell, Jared isn't a pedophile (which is defined as adults attracted to children), but rather an ephebophile, which is an adult attracted to teenagers.
Jared clearly seemed to be seeking minors in the teen range, rather than attempting to molest little children.
I am not sure why he obtained porn from that Taylor guy which also featured little children. I am guessing that Taylor made all kinds of kiddie porn -- from 6-year-olds to teens -- and he just shipped large quantities of it to Jared, who then likely just watched the teen stuff.
When Jared said "the younger the better", I am assuming he meant that he would prefer a girl in the 13-14 range rather than 16, but would accept 16. I don't think he was seeking 10-year-olds.
Maybe I'm wrong about Jared, but usually pedophiles and ephebophiles are distinct from one another, as young children and teens have very different looks. For example, when a male teacher is caught having sex with his female high school students, it is almost never found that he is also abusing 8-year-olds on the side. Adults who seek minors almost always have a fairly specific and narrow "type".
It should also be noted that 16 is the age of consent in many states, but Jared's crimes are a lot more heinous than simply having consensual sex with a teenager, as he was paying for it, meaning he was engaging in child prostitution, which is a whole different (and more serious) matter.
And obviously possessing the kiddie porn sent by his buddy at his foundation is pretty offensive, as well. Clearly Jared approved of what his scumbag employee was doing, and wanted the enjoy the fruits of it.
A lot of adult males have some degree of physical attraction to teenage girls, and that makes sense because there's nothing magical that happens between age 17 and 18 which turns the girl from a child to a woman. It's essentially an abrupt and arbitrary point where the law separates a minor from an adult. Most guys suppress this attraction for moral reasons and don't act on it. However, Jared seemed to be obsessed with teen girls, to the point where he paid for sex with them, as well as offered a "finder's fee" for anyone who could refer them to him. So that's pretty damn deviant.
