I have about $70K parked doing nothing. I just stare at it in my account and its not doing me any good.
My natural instinct obviously is to do what everyone else is, and put it in oil stocks. The issue is, everyone is doing that, and follow the leader is usually dangerous and disastrous.
Not looking to break the bank, just something more than the S&P. Maybe a quick 40%.
