I’m assuming the one time you didn’t back X Daly…
Edit: Go on Cam you down under sexy bastard!!
Cristian Javier got injured in mid-April. He then came back on May 11, and.... it didn't go well. He got hammered for 7 runs, and had decreased velocity.
Today is his second try back. Is he magically healed 5 days later? Maybe, but I'll take the chance that he's not.
Joey Estes (not related to former pitcher Shawn Estes, who indeed is old enough to be his dad) is a high-ceiling prospect who was having a bad season in the minors, but somehow put forth 5 nice innings against the Mariners in his first start this year.
The truth is that neither of these guys are reliable, but I'll take the big dog line for Javier to get hammered again in the first 5.
Oakland (Estes) +170 at Houston (C. Javier) - FIRST 5 INNINGS
Javier looks great so far. Ugh.
Guess he really did heal in 5 days.
Still 0-0 thanks to Houston's poor hitting in the clutch. I'll be happy to escape with a tie.

i kinda hoped you were kidding about the 5k amount ( at first ) ... but now i hope you are not kidding....LOL... that's a no sweat win already in the middle of the 5th inning ( 8-0 PIT ) .... not exactly how i had it drawn up ( but basically Hendricks getting rocked AGAIN ) and both teams shitty bullpens...Quote:
IT @ Cubs over 7.5 + 102 Skeenes vs Hendricks
starts in about 2 hours
Skeenes wasn't all that sharp in his MLB debut in Pit last week vs the Cubs... i figured in this game Skeenes would have given up at least 1 and maybe 2 and Hendricks would get us the rest of the way there along with the bullpens.... but Hendricks got us there already by the 5th inning..... looks like you buying us the dinner @Sizzler......
Good work Boxer. Bet this live Over 5.5 when I saw your post.
pacers -5
Atlanta (Fried) -1.5 -105 vs San Diego (Waldron)
Fried has allowed 0 runs in 3 of his past 4 starts, the lone exception being against the powerful Dodgers.
Waldron has allowed a HR in each of his last 5 starts, with a 19/9 K-BB ratio over that stretch, including one absolute bombing by Arizona. He should have trouble on the road against a team like the Braves, even with a somewhat diminished lineup.
Knicks +9.5 -125 Live bet
I won't touch that final line out of respect dr. I am William H Macy from the cooler when I tail your NBA spots specifically so you should be good to hold.

Since April 22nd, The UNDER in Atlanta Braves games is 19-1-1. Seriously. The only game that went OVER during that stretch was when they gave up 11 to the Dodgers on May 4th.
The one push was in Seattle on May 1st on a game total of 7.
Their pitching staff is overachieving as a whole, and that's masking some serious offensive struggles from a lineup that should be much more productive.

Ive often wondered (ok not often, but I have thought about it) what the overall threads win rate has been going back to day 1 of the ffawt. If we booked every bet would this thread be +EV?
We have had a lot of people post coin flip -110 bets who were more or less just posting fan based opinions, which btw is completely fine. We have also had long stretches of huge winning streaks (my prop run from ~8 years ago was fairly incredible).
What was the biggest bet ever won?
What was the largest odds bet won?
Biggest fail?
Most contested wager?
Any other thoughts or moments?
If we had to write the story of the FFAWT what else would we talk about.
