No more of a publicity stunt than the GOP-controlled House voting more than 30 times (or was it more than 40?) to repeal Obamacare when they didn't have enough votes even in the Senate to override an absolutely guaranteed veto by Obama even if the Senate somehow passed one of them.

so... about that obamacare repeal, trump told senators the bill the house passed was "mean," and he wanted the final bill to be more generous. the senate is now working on something completely new, which is more moderate. will be interesting to see if conservatives balk though.

healthcare's just an impossible area to get consensus on. may as well go to some form of single payer, at least with respect to catastrophic/pre-existing injuries, and get it over with. it's inevitable

also worth noting that when they had a president that would actually sign that repeal bill, they completely bitched out since they'd be held accountable for it.

You are assuming the next President will be a Democrat. I highly doubt it. The next President might not be Trump, but the odds are slim it will be a Democrat. The flip of the rust belt was not a fluke, its a changing demographic in those states. Unless there is a financial collapse, then who knows.

I encourage you to read up a little more before making broad absolutist statements in the future. Unless you are responding to folks like Larry Laugher or when FPS Russia is on a posting bender.

This Draymond poster was incorrect, in that he for a while apparently believed the Main Stream Media (MSM). Now that Trump came along, the MSM has been eviscerated. Hopefully Draymond learned something, don't believe round tables on CNN. That is the first step to acceptance of the Trump Doctrine.

The suit makes a few claims but generally Trump has not divested from his businesses, a requirement for any President. They claim there is evidence for this and it's extended consequences.

There is obviously a need for such requirements. They are seeking the truth.
Trump's reluctance to make public his taxes is curious to many. His business empire is global and without divestment his actions would involve a conflict of interest. What's silly?
