"Part of what makes Trump so potent in harnessing his base is that he genuinely feels bitterly aggrieved all the time, for his whole life, despite his immense privilege and power. It’s the molten core of Trumpism."
Sounds like someone else we know.

also lets be real, this doesnt end with an election.
it ends with trump calling live into fox and friends to slur some old folksy wisdom about 'the n-word problem'.
that riff trump did today about how when steve scalise got shot and his wife was super torn up about it and "a lot of wives wouldn't give a damn" was incredibly telling.
And the reward for Best Actor attempting to give a shit goes to...Mitt Romney.

Trump on Romney during the 2012 Election:
quick reminder, bloomberg is the 9th richest person in the world and he just dropped this video:
i dont even know why i find that so fucking hilarious its just like, it must be so nice to have bloomberg money and just absolutely give zero fucks about this bloated sun downing drug addict with the full weight of the united states government behind him.
I wonder what life is like in an alternate universe in which Hillary Clinton is President.

Lmfao, Trump shit canning everyone. All the best people.
Our president is on the case! He's seriously retweeting somebody with 200 followers. How does he even come across this? He's just scrolling through hashtags and @replies in his free time?
Fact check: Not really photoshopped. Just contrast turned up.
I noticed this, too. He has been retweeting a lot of mundane stuff written by average people lately.
I wasn't seeing that until just recently. Before, it would seem he would only retweet things from sources which were more mainstream.
I think he's to the point of spending a lot of his free time on Twitter, scrolling through mentions and hashtags, as you said. Sad!
wait a minute.
i can make photoshops of him and possibly get him to call me out personally?
i don’t know how this is real but challenge accepted
ive reread this tweet maybe 8 times and i still dont quite understand it.
He means Alabama voters won't like that Doug Jones voted to convict, and may not re-elect him.
Alabama likes Trump because he saved them from that hurricane.
Also, he shot an 18 the first time he played golf, the flowers bloomed in appreciation of his stable genius leadership, and he has never defecated.
Take that, than Kim Jong Il!
He’s expressing surprise Schumer didn’t convince him to vote against impeachment hoax to keep his seat safe and pander to pro-Trump Alabama voters
ok thank you.
The guy with 200 followers who was called out by Trump deleted his account.
Guess the heat was too much in the troll kitchen!
Sad!
When did I claim I was a Bloomberg supporter?
Among other things that annoy me, he's for a Medicare-like public option, which won't work as advertised, and is basically just a stepping stone to socialized medicine.
He's also for a "reform" to the estate tax, which his webpage admits will lower the threshold for taxation of estates, forcing even more to pay this super-unfair tax.
No thanks.
bloomberg is somehow the number 2 favorite to win the democratic nomination behind bernie according to the betting markets. i'm not seeing this translate into polls yet, but the guy seems ready to spend a billion dollars of his own money to crush the rest of the field on ad spending

imagine being a country, literally any country at all, and being like "...should i do business with the US? or should i do business with these sane people over here who arent the US.."
