Then I feel like I need to constantly clear my throat. Everything I have tried so far for it has failed. I read tonight that sometimes pineapple juice can help loosen the mucus in the throat (which is what is causing all of this), so I'm trying that. I think this is a longshot to work, though.
Ben had long COVID for 6 months in 2022. His involved sudden fatigue he didn't have before. He had to nap each day in the afternoon. What fixed it? Another bout of COVID! This actually makes sense, as there is some belief that long COVID is the virus not fully exiting your body, so a second bout of COVID could ramp up the immune system enough to fully knock out the first one as well.
Would suck if I have to catch COVID again to fix this. Strangely, I am not reading that another COVID infection will clear out long COVID, but it definitely did for Ben.
I also wonder if a cold would clear out this issue. Whatever, it will be miserable if I'm stuck with this long term. I also can't really do radio like this.
I'm going to try a steam inhaler tomorrow.
