Why are they making out like Bisping is a huge deal in the UK? He's not. Nobody has heard of him.

Back on track.... up $600 so far. Two more to go... lets bring it home
And after a 5-0 start I finish up 8-7 and up $200
i feel like you can pretty much watch the first 90 seconds of a bisping fight and fast forward through the remainder without missing a goddamned thing.
Looks like "Stitch", a cut man for the UFC, was let go b/c of Reebok comments:
http://www.mmafighting.com/2015/7/21...comments-aboutQuote:
Duran, widely respected as the best cutman in MMA, told Bloody Elbow that he stands to lose a good chunk of money since the UFC's contract with Reebok does not include cutmen and that he may consider doing more boxing because of it.
"It's a solid shot," Duran said of the financial loss. "I got paid on a monthly basis so it definitely added up. I made really good money on that sponsorship so it's kind of a shocker to transition."
On Tuesday, Duran told MMAFighting.com that he got a text and then a call from a UFC official who he preferred not to name. That official told Duran, an independent contractor, would no longer be hired by the UFC.
"Stitch," who had been working for the UFC since UFC 33 in 2001, said he was not surprised, but he felt he had to speak up. As someone who grew up as a farm worker under terrible conditions, he promised himself that he would not put up with "abuse" from employers again.
"I learned from that," Duran said. "There's no way that me as a person would go through that, as an adult, go through that again. It's been coming in the years where the UFC has just shown no respect for the great work that the cutmen do."
Duran said that he might have been most upset that UFC president Dana White didn't call him personally. White was the one who brought him on in 2001 after seeing him work a K-1 show at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Duran said he and White worked together to establish the UFC's cutman program and gives White credit for "changing my whole career."
"That's another thing that pisses me off, that he didn't have the balls to call me directly," Duran said of White. "He had some other guys call me."
you know you done fucked up your PR when "FuckReebok" is trending in Japan
Fighters aint too happy, either:

Do you guys think the UFC signed the Reebok deal knowing the fighters would lose big money? What was the UFC's goal?
I think they may of signed this deal thinking it would be more money for the fighters eventually and they'd have a more professional look too. Holy shit I bet Reebok is pissed, they did nothing wrong and this is turning into a major league debacle.
It may have been a mistake to fire Stitch PR wise but the UFC hooked his ass up with a lucrative, easy ass job with major exposure for a long ass time. Anybody could do his job with a half hour training. At a critical time like this for the UFC he's the last mother fucker that should be running his mouth. Not like he's putting in long hours in the gym day in and day out or risking his well being like the fighters.
Stitch may have had a everybody's favorite uncle image and all but i think he looked sloppy and unprofessional imo.
Stitch is a easy to replace, unloyal douchebag that the UFC carried for a long time. Glad they finally gave him something to complain about.
Anybody watching this stuff tonight? I just hunted down all the Kodi links, lol.
"my guy" is like 2-6 today.... Including that bullshit Nijem decision.

Barao moving around like Big Country.
It looked like Dillashaw stopped punching him at times, so Barao wouldnt go down...so Dillashaw could punch him some more.
Ten years of dominance and then Dillashaw makes Barao look like a shitty amateur twice.
What a flurry of punches that was!
TJ speed is insanely good but he's so naturally gifted with his instincts of knowing what to do and when to do it.
People hit walls. TJ helped Barao find his in their last fight. There is simply no coming back from it for most people. Barao's been retired twice by TJ, its just a question of whether or not hes going to heed the warning or show up to collect a few more paychecks.
Im guessing the latter but hey, I cant knock the hustle.
Also I rarely rip on Rogan but his verbal dick sucking of TJ while TJ mugged a tired old man was nauseating.
i know this is the UFC thread, but hey, it's all Zuffa now, so...

god i remember that fight. that was some world breaking shit. and then nick diaz gets dq'd for fighting while stoned.
i think the sport lost a lot of its edge for me after that.
Dillshaw was amazing.
They say the IV ban puts fighters at greater risk of brain damage. Nice timing for Herb Dean to have a couple late stoppages. Classy move by Lauzon imo, he made a new fan.
They should have a committee or something and just vote who the best fighter is, I mean god forbid there would be a late stoppage or someone getting hurt.
I am not entertained.
Barao needs to go to 145. He looks tired and old as fuck at 135.
Hope Cruz can stay healthy; him vs Faber as well as Cruz vs Dillashaw are both great fights in the 135 division
This seems ideal in theory since it would help his weight cut BUT I think Barao is a finished man in regards to beating top tier opponents.
How is Barao going to move up the ladder in the Featherweight division with McGregor, Aldo, Mendes, Edgar, etc...
Aldo is still a big question mark but all of them guys are faster then what Barao's slow ass looked like yesterday.
I think that the weight cut to 135 plus the crackdown on juicing really derailed Barao. I mean maybe he just organically fell off the cliff, it happens, but really...
Also the only way he moves to 145 is if Conor merc's Aldo. Which personally I think is going to happen.
