season 2 is where i began to suspect that fast forwarding through any scene without a black man in it was necessary.

the class room face slashing in season 4 is seriously one of the heaviest moments in televised history.
also season 2 confirmed weak as fuck. season 3 dusts it, and season 1 is obviously supergod.
season 2 goats fatrobe

they just seriously made a fart joke.
season 5 is about 40% as good as the next worst episode.
the greeks being like 'oh well this guy gave us crispy bills now so lets totally get joined at the hip with this sociopath' is another low point among many.
Season 5 of the Wire is a lot better than the last season of Sopranos, though.
I barely remember anything about Season 5 of The Wire, except for being disappointed with the weird homeless/McNulty subplot.
Still one of my all-time favorite shows though.
how fucking great was that whose scene?
also sopranos still so overrated bump.

What about the season Tony was in a coma for like 6 episodes. Like anyone thought he was gonna die? LOL
They milked the shit out of this show for all but 2 or 3 seasons. The story could of been told a lot quicker but they cashed in and the dumb-ass public went for it. The show sucked for long periods of time. Season 1 was genius, no doubt.
Honestly it wasnt. I rewatched it recently and was stunned at how porous the plot is.
If it was genius, its genius was that it was unique at the time. It's good, and at times it was great, but literally 60% of the show is fast forward bait.
And oh my god is it dated.
