If you look at it as a weekly cheat meal, you are scheduling road blocks more than you are rewarding yourself for anything in particular, and as Peter pointed out, a cheat meal often becomes a cheat day. Once you are cheating, fuck it, y'know? I think its a lot easier to keep your everyday grind up for weeks at a time, especially now when you're going to be dropping weight steadily for the next bunch of weeks and maybe months. Don't have doughnut sunday just because it's doughnut sunday. But don't hesitate to enjoy thanksgiving with the family either.
