I put in a small play on the Pats at -6.5 last night before I went to bed cause I figured it would only get worse. I wish it was Brady that sent Peyton into retirement (perhaps) but instead he will show Andrew that his luck has ran out.

Packers really need Rodgers to be able to be healthy enough and effective today then they got a great chance to win but I still like the Seahawks in a close one.
Two picks today:
OKC at Orlando - Under 213.5 - Weird line movement, as it opened at 206, immediately jumped to 214, and has basically stayed around there. Despite the odd line jump at the beginnig, I like the under here. OKC went 5 straight games scoring between 83 and 102, finally breaking out for 127 in a victory against the Warriors. But the Warriors have been playing a very fast, high-scoring style lately, so that one more seems like an outlier. In general, OKC is not scoring a lot. And what about Orlando? On Monday and Wednesday, they rolled off two victories where they tallied 121 and 120 points. But what about the other 7 they've played recently? They scored 86. 98, 90, 90, 84, 92, and most recently 96. So this is a team averaging in the low 90s in 7 of their past 9, and they had two high scoring outlier games. This looks like a matchup of team which usually don't score a lot, but occasionally go off for a high total. I like a high line like 213.5 in this spot.
Utah +12 -105 at San Antonio - I've been taking a lot of big dogs like this recently. While I've avoided it with frequently blown out teams like Philadelphia and New York, Utah has done a fairly good job at playing competitively. Since December 22, a span of 12 games, Utah has lost by more than 12 points only once -- eight days ago in Houston when they fell by 15. San Antonio got a surprising 14 point win at Portland in their last game. However, that was the ONLY win they've had by more than 10 points against teams other than Minnesota, Philly, and NY (all TERRIBLE squads) in the entire months of December and January. So they just aren't blowing out teams other than the very worst.
Bet Under 214 -115 for OKC/Orlando.
Going to hold off on Utah, as it's trending higher and I think closer to game time I might get 12.5. Right now it's +12 -105.

Seattle's miraculous comeback was a killer for the MGM sports book. In the final hour before kickoff, the MGM took a six-figure bet on the Packers plus-8.5; a six-figure bet on Over 44.5; a six-figure bet on the Seattle money line, and a six-figure teaser bet on Green Bay and the over. They all cashed.
Would have been a great game for some live betting. I wonder what the odds were @ the half or after 3 for Seattle. Could've been insane.Quote:

I was talking about Philly who's down almost 20 early in the 2nd quarter, and Minny down 8 early in the 2nd. Both game totals are avging towards 165ish pts due to poor shooting (not defense)
I might have spoke too soon anyways. Pistons are out there building a house today. 2 points in the first 6 minutes lol
