Took some days off as I've been in a legit mini-slump, albeit one mainly from bad luck, as all of these losses have been close.
Coming back boldly with a dog pick on the fail Angels:

Sandoval has been very solid since July 29. His last outing was the only blemish, and that was in the 6th after an error made him melt down and give up a bunch of unearned runs.
Angels lineup really is lolbad aside from Ohtani and Trout. And I guess Taylor Ward, kinda.
They got 3 runs thanks to a home run by Ohtani, following 2 errors and an infield single. I'll take it. Now I gotta hold my breath for these final 4 outs with the Angels bullpen.
Gotta fade Judge and Stanton in the 9th with 1 run lead. Lord help us.

I have Illinois +3 at Indiana. They are up 17-16, but it should be like 31-16. Halfway through 4th they have 27 first downs to 13 and have well over 100 more yards of offense. Defense is playing lights out, but offense just so many unforced errors. This smells like a brutal beat coming.
I also have Illinois O5.5 season wins, so really need them to win and shouldnt need to be sweating like this.
I also have Colorado +13.5 FWIW. They are up 3-0 ten minutes into the game.
