How are RICO charges any different from other charges that require a sitting president to be indicted? Because there’s still the hurdle of whether a sitting president can be indicted for criminal charges. And if not, then 2/3rds of the Senate would have to convict Trump in a trial after getting impeached by the House. That means at leasr 18 GOP senators would have to go along with all of the Democrats. Please tell me which ones are likely to do that?Quote:
