You are a regular Joe down in Florida with delusions of grandeur. I do not fear any "legal team", "FBI", or any of that other nonsense. I would like to say I’m shocked at all this, but being around forums for years it comes with the territory, so I’m not shocked at all. I’ve known Dan for years and while I’ve not always agreed with his decisions, he has always been nothing but overly fair and as trustworthy as they come. As for Jeff, again he seems like he wants to be above this nonsense and obviously has done good work toward the goal. The goal of exposing a scammer to people that want to believe in the impossible. Not an easy task.
As for the other guy, I don’t know of him or his history other than what I read on this forum. But he certainly seems angry about something and wouldn’t back down or call a truce. I know Dan doesn’t want this, and I assume neither do most of the posters on here. It’s just sad when a goal is forgotten about over petty shit.
In any case, I hope the incredible work being done exposing Chrissy keeps going on. It’s actually nice to see people doing good in the world, and this is helping people who don’t even know they will be helped if Chrissy is banned from casinos and hopefully busted by gaming.

1) Brokeback Bitchell is staying at Golden Nugget where they are probably NOT comping his room service. He had to go to a donut shop to get breakfast and is stuffing his face with bear claws and pop tart donuts about 15 minutes in.
2) 6th day in a row of not playing Baccarat, claiming no open tables. Which is possible, but I'm pretty sure he can walk to another casino to play Bacc. So now he says he's gone back to Blackjack and watched some old guy play and win $2000 in 15 minutes. He then waited for that guy to color up and did what the old guy did and also won $2000. Riiiiiiiight, just like that he sat down played and $2000 magically came to his side of the felt! Of course there were no casino chips to corroborate this, but don't let facts get in the way of a good story! He then says he walked across the street to the D and did the same thing and won... you guessed it ANOTHER $2000!?!??! So he flashes 4K in cash which proves he won! No way he could have withdrawn that from Stacey's 401K again, right folks???

However, in regards to Bob Hesley himself, you don't think he's a lonely old man who is desperate for companionship? I realize he has grown up children, which would likely indicate he has/had a wife. But the whole thing with Hesley reeks of creepy old drunk who needs friends to me. In CM's videos he is too agreeable and always saying Yes to CM's idiotic questions. The fact that he became "best friends" with William Rivera after only meeting him once is also concerning.
He could very well be a closeted gay man(which there is nothing wrong with that), and he figures he can get close to younger guys by paying them money, buying them gifts and taking them out for dinner & drinks. So in the case of CM, he is trying to win his affection by allowing these fake posts and Youtube/Facebook accounts to exist and not dispute their validity. He is probably too blinded by his devotion to want to believe the truth about CM and it will lead to him losing all his money, one way or the other.
Something to keep in mind with the Robert Hesley user name is there are AT LEAST 2 user accounts with this exact same name.
As we have seen with Demetrius, anyone can create a user name that already exist and post under that name.
I will go back and try to find them, but these post as "Robert Hesley" are being made by at least 2 different people. Bob Hesley himself, and the other is CM. The overwhelming majority are by CM. There were a couple where the writing styles were entirely different, but the key giveway was the user put 3 to 4 spaces after every period. Clearly 2 different users.
Back in college, a friend of mine needed recommendation letters to get into grad school. He approached one of his favorite professors, whom he was sure would write the letter for him.
"Write it, bring it back to me, and I'll sign it," said the professor.
My friend was shocked. He looked up to this professor. Was he really being told to write his own recommendation letter, and the professor would simply rubber-stamp-sign anything he wrote?
I told him that this occurs fairly often. Professors (and high school teachers) get asked for these letters constantly, and get sick of writing them. Basically if they like the student enough, they'll sign any letter which looks credible and reasonable.

I'm sure you see where I'm going with this. Bob Hesley is clearly a real customer of CM. He's also a lonely old man who fell for CM's "good Christian guy who will help you win money" routine, and probably believes CM is his friend. However, Bob is old and probably doesn't feel like writing these testimonials himself. It's likely that either CM is masquerading as Bob (with his permission), or Bob is being asked by CM to show up and post testimonials. It could be something like, "Bob, these haters won't let up. Can you show up, post a testimonial, and make sure to mention every place we've been and what we did? To remind you, we went to Bellagio and Cosmo, and we ate in X and Y restaurant, and you didn't come up to my rooms last time. It would really help because people have seen you on video. Thanks!"
Given the difference in writing styles, there's probably some of both going on.
It's unlikely that Bob is deciding on his own to write these, and as Shrink pointed out, they have a very unnatural look to them.
