I'm early thirties, I grew up saying foul shit on the internet, but the moment they started actually prosecuting kids for making death threats even I knew that was a no no, so the "they grew up making threats online" defense stopped being in play after 2001-2003.
Is it even inappropriate in our Brave New World? The liberal media completely ignores when libtards tweet stuff like this, and Fox News will report it for a day or 2 and move on. And most schools either sympathize with these tweets or are scared of the backlash from SJWs if they punish a teacher posting stuff like this. We're the opposite end of the spectrum here when it comes to gambling. We've gone way too far and its gotten out of hand.
We get constantly bombarded with SMS/emails for sports betting prices/offers. You can't watch a live sporting event without multiple commercials for in-play betting.
Many people who watch sports (which is a lot) have a gambling problem now. It's legit ruining lives.
So there is a balance to be had when you do finally step out of the gambling dark ages.
