The thing that to me makes this 'contrived' and 'fake' is that if you want to actually change something, you don't destroy your own neighborhood when it was a very specific group that they want to protest against. If they were serious they would surround the police station with everybody in it and dare them to come out. Then they'd do it at City Hall, then the State Capitol. "Storming the Bastille" isn't just a saying, that is actually how you change shit.

My question though... I can't help but notice all these people on all sides of the fence praising her actions, which in large part was her slapping the shit out of a 16 year old. What I don't get though is that these are a lot of the same people saying some months back that you NEVER hit your children, EVER!!! So, is it safe to say now there are certain acceptable times that you can in fact hit your children? Cause I think that was always the argument on the other side of that argument, that sometimes in extreme situations, it's necessary.

he was like 17 years old.. I'm sure he was more humiliated than ever feeling in danger...
