It really does seem like Lydia is going to get a medal. If Nelly wasn’t unconscious yesterday and Lydia didn’t miss some short putts this could have been a ballgame at least. But I am beating myself up for not betting her to medal at +550. Hope she does and some people did make that bet.

There was a lot of twists and turns where Lydia looked to be poised to overtake. The whole round was just a stomach churner. If I had to say the biggest dick in the ass was the Par 5 8th. Nelly just had a chip come back to her twice and she made a double on the Par 3 7th.

Later I am three back and starting to accept that it all got fucked there but Nelly stalled out again later in the round. Lydia missed a short putt on 16 for par that was the difference.
Nelly was 15 under in this tournament after 35 holes. She played the final 37 in just 2 under. She should of been caught and passed.
Anyways, I may bet something after the rounds today. Slept it off. I know I’m close and I’ll just keep plugging away. But last night took a few more months off my life expectancy for sure.
