Cleveland’s Karinchak... I was lied to
Have you and Ben had “the talk”? He’s old enough now
Our teams have hit a wall Searless. Padres are my team but I have a big bet on under 96.5 wins and Mets under 91. Only 2 season bets I made for 3k each. Hopefully they get on a win streak soon. Binked NBA today what a comeback by the Hawks and Sixers choked harder than the Bucks night before.
Clip show!!! PG silenced them overrated chants and Utah fans go home mad. AGAIN
I must say Daly and some of these professional prop bettors are amazing. I met a guy playing online last year that was looking for outs wanting to bet props. I wanted a piece of his action and he keeps putting together winning weeks like clockwork.
Missed this. Yeah I should have chimed in. Occasionally we get a glorious week here where it’s warm with relatively low humidity. Not often, but this week is that way, and when it’s like that, the air is so light. I’ve golfed the last three days and have been like 25 yards longer than normal. Just perfect, but balls jump off the bat in this weather. I was golfing when game started, but see there has been like 5 homers today. A week like this, over everything is the only play I’d make.
3,2,1 Nigel is on Reds or Rockies dogs. This is ok.
What is not ok, Nickyballs, is backing Tampa Bay Rays Rich Hill. Rich Hill is a graduate of the Dodgers Goo program. Meh or aging rejects got new special powers. I didn’t want you to have to hear this on the street.
Now he may get along fine against loathesome Seattle. Maybe your “earners” are delivering like clockwork and you don’t care about money.Quote:
Ever since spin rate began to be measured in 2015, Hill has ranked among the top pitchers in baseball in spin rate for both his fastball and his curveball. Averaging roughly 2400 RPMs on his fastball throughout this time, Hill ranked in the 79th, 94th, 93rd, 92nd, 91st and 74th percentiles. During the same time, his curveball spin rate, averaging over 2800 RPMs ranked in the 93rd, 94th, 89th, 95th, 95th, and 87th percentile.
It’s a game of edges.
Here's some MLB for today:
Cubs (Hendricks) +101 at Mets (Stroman)
Colorado (Marquez) +137 vs. Milwaukee (Woodruff)
White Sox (Cease) +115 at Houston (Urquidy)
San Diego (Musgrove) -1.5 +118 vs. Cincinnati (Miley)
Sanlmar the insurance man. Who knew?
So I had another one of those deep dental cleanings today -- the other side of my mouth. The first cleaning was 3 weeks ago, and I got that nasty bacterial infection which sickened me during radio 15 hours later. I am locked and loaded with an antibiotics prescription just in case I get a sequel tonight, though I'm not starting it unless I get sick.
However, I take 0.75mg Xanax before every dental procedure, and that knocks me the fuck out for the day. So I hammered these bets in, then hit the sheets. I awakened briefly and checked the scores. Things were looking good, aside from the White Sox who were getting clobbered. Looked like a 3-1 day, all dogs. However, the Padres were up 2-0 late, which was precarious.
Then I saw the disaster in the 9th. Four runs for the Reds. Fuck. Not good for a -1.5. Makes it almost impossible to win for the home team. But I went back to sleep thinking, "For some reason, I can totally see the Padres winning this on a 2-run HR walkoff at some point in the 9th or extras." So I didn't even feel it was hopeless, even though it kind of was.
Then I wake up again and see that's exactly what happened.
:entertained
Reds Padres was actually a GREAT game if you don’t care about money. It was like the playoffs even the Reds players said.

Philadelphia (Velasquez) +114 at San Francisco (Cueto)
Brewers (Corbin Burnes) v Rockies (Sensamilla)
Betanysports
Colorado Rockies team total over 4½ +110 for Game grab it W
Burnes is a spin guy with big declines approaching my other fade Trevor Bauer. I don’t think Burnes’ stuff woulda played in Colorado anyway.
Colorado is 24-14 at home this year. It ain’t been because of pitching either. They are built for this park and are playing well.
I like these almost as much
Arizona Diamondbacks team total over 3½ -115 L
vs Dodgers Bauer
DBacks kinda ok at home
Arizona Diamondbacks +165 for 1st 5 Innings L
going smaller .... vs Dodgers missing bats & cause that is a ridiculous price vs Bauer
Colorado Rockies +173 for Game W
Vs Brewers Corbin .. playing great at home off a nice win yesterday vs same Brewers
I sense irrational Giants hatred by Druff and I hate seeing that in this thread. I am on the other side. Giants W running good and you ride teams playing well in baseball. Except Dodgers.
I hopped on board as well with Rox ML and o4.5
I did the frustrated walk the dog after the very good Melancon gave up the lead. Home crowd was rocking, I'm sure a lot of San Diego fans in attendance missed the bottom of 9th. I get 3 texts as I'm coming up the hill "walkoff!!". We can get lucky sometimes, Druff winning -1.5 is gold.
I'm on Nats _125, A's +130, Jays under 10.5, Indians -130
Close out Friday. Hawks +120, Clippers +115 Sixers and Jazz can get the fishing gear ready.
Rockies was already on my mind. This thread makes me want to get down on a bundle
I realllllllllly wanted to fire on Pittsburgh today because I thought that Cleveland pitcher was gonna get bombed, but Kuhl has looked so bad, I just couldn't.
6-0 Pirates in the 3rd. Ugh.
Anyway, here's one starting in a few:
White Sox (Rodon) -104 at Houston (L. Garcia)
BTW the books apparently think my Phillies play is dumb, and you can get as high as +132 in some places now. Wow. That actually scares me, because usually weird movement like that means your side is wrong. But that's where it stands. I thought maybe Harper was invovled because his back has been having issues, but nope... he's playing.
Harper has been an offensive zero. His replacement was better. Frisco is gonna burn cop cars and riot tonight
Like a middle schooler shoving straws up his nose in the cafeteria I’m gonna gross you out
Seattle Mariners team total over 3½ -115 W
Seattle Mariners -130 for 1st 5 Innings W
Tampa Bay Wacha Wacha is awful. Don’t miss your stop to get off the Tampa Bay train
Nice to see a thread bet as sharp as the Rockies +170 Pan out.
Let’s keep the line at the Cashiers window orderly please.
Good night for PFA
So I spread out bets across the field “Over 71.5 third round score”.
First 12 golfers are out and we got no birds and 6 bogey.
You won’t sweep but my guess is you end up with some $$ in the account at the end of the day.
Pipes gets Piped
Earlier this week I was in the sauna talking with some movers and shakers
A guy who owns a restaurant on Palm Beach was saying his guy in LA knew that KL was done for the rest of the series. News yet to hit mainstream
I immediately pulled out my phone and saw Utah Jazz -123, yes brother! Laid down a nice chunk of change
You can’t Pipe Vegas boys!
I will take this defeat like a champion, I recognize and accept my failures, no shame in a few losses!
A little late but still time to get on Marlins before they score in 1st. MARLINS +117
Took Justin Thomas +2600 last night and Bryson +1600 this morning 200 apiece. Course will be tougher on the weekend. Heading out to hike Torey Pines sunrise tomorrow before final round. Matchups for degeneracy
Yeah, Jake Arrietta is still playing baseball. Remarkable.
Nice job last night, btw.
I’m feeling lazy and late but here’s some ideas.
The Sizzler be Sizzlin’ in KC.
Boston Red Sox/Kansas City Royals over 10½ -130 L
I elected the to pay extra juice cause I’m a scared little nit but my heart says this is unnecessary and 11 even is fine
Two terrible pitchers. Two poor bullpens
I’d like K.C. to swing the bat like they used to. They have cranked some runs off bad teams.
Kinda large and if I lose this there will be no tears
Here’s an under HRE for Druff
Total H+R+E/By both teams under 28½ -115 W
I may add more. This is stupid
Detroit Tigers/Los Angeles Angels over 9 -130 W
Angels overs are the new auto-bet
Detroit Wily Peralta pitching. Who? You will need an encyclopedia Britannica to find the last time he pitched. It’s that time of year.
You guys love dogs. It’s a Padres bullpen day and they have a hell of a bullpen. Reds offense has been sneaky good. The kid rookie Winker is mashing bombs
Cincinnati Reds team total over 3½ -125
Cincinnati Reds +135 for 1st 5 Innings
Did I forget Colorado @ home? Let’s fix that
Colorado Rockies -112 L
People are waking up to this as you can see with them as favorite but we ride til we die
Matt Brown +157
Erosa +115
Silva -127
Dangerous Davey Grant +172
50k Ige -150
Run the numbers
I’ll be pulling for you - that Bryson ticket is going to be a good one to own tomorrow. Anyone -2 or better will have a shot tomorrow but Bryson at +1600 is a deal.
Rham played like a gigantic faggot in rounds 2&3. Had 7-8 solid shots at bird and went 0-8. Then he hits a flagstick after laying up which caused a double.
I do think he pulls it together soon. He was remarkably consistent.
Pittsburgh (Brubaker) vs. Cleveland (Hentges) - Under 8 -105
Starting in minutes
This one is starting later:
Cincinnati (Castillo) +125 at San Diego (Lamet)
All gambling bullshit aside for a moment - this may be an all time finish at the US Open
