Druff I think he’s made about all he can selling those 3 or 4 “page” pdfs. Safe to say he’s received his share of complaints for selling them at a $500/$750/$1,000 which as I said before should be a Class A Felony. I saw the video and the victim seems like a good hard working guy trying to make a life for himself & his wife. I’m glad it was taken down. I’m really hoping this is the beginning of the end for Christopher Mitchell. I commented on a couple of his Youtube videos asking him about the gay porn and now he thinks all of a sudden that I'm Kevin Davis.
Im no lawyer but he made a ton of inaccurate and false claims against me in that video, exposing some of my personal information including my social security number.
I actually spoke with the private investigator and he seemed super worried that CM exposed this, I'm not sure on nevada law but i know in most states you have to have permissible use to run someone's info.
The investigator at first made it sound like he was trying to cooperate with police, saying CM was contacting him from the police station, but he later recanted that claim and ended up hanging up on me when i asked him flat out "So did CM contact you personally, or did the cops" he refused to answer and eventually hung up.
I will be looking into at least a civil lawsuit against CM, and also looking to see if what the private investigator done was legal.
Unfortunately he pulled me into this further than what i actually wanted to be, but hopefully this will lead into me being able to help shut this mutt up.

The PI was contacted by Kevin & myself and the PI told hik to take the video down, or at least the portion with my NPI in it, largely becauae i believe the PI can be held accountable for giving out the NPI

As much as I'm sick of seeing and hearing Christopher Mitchell, it's events like today that rejuvenate my desire even more to bury this scammer once and for all
