Before reading this keep this in mind. The whole basis of Mike's argument about this is that he tried from the very beginning to contact me via PM to resolve this and that I ignored him. Completely false. I didn't recall him ever doing so, but just to be safe I looked through my PM's here and at DD. Nothing from Mike. Nothing, nada, zilch.
As I said in a post yesterday, I am washing my hands of this. Mike no longer owes me the $50, not because I think he was right and that I was wrong in all of this, but simply because I do not wish to deal with him and his obviously twisted and distorted accounts of reality. Never in my life have a seen someone so incapable of accepting the blame for his downfalls, all the while lashing out, even judgmentally at times, at everyone else. You would think given his life's history and where he finds himself now he would realize that only he is to blame for the countless negative situations he finds himself in, but that is not to be, and therefore I no longer wish to have anything to do with him whatsoever.
Here is a PM Mike sent me this morning.
Oh, and BTW, Mike never really owed the money to me from the get go... This is the last post in the thread where the bet was made.
