Also, note that he also lied in that video, claiming that he pulled off at a beautiful spot on I-15, when in reality he specifically drove to Valley of Fire State Park, which is several miles east of the 15, and there's no way one could accidentally stumble into it. Even simple things like this are blatant lies.

If that's him, he's an anti-masker, which says a lot. Keep in mind that I actually believe the whole masking thing became too political on both sides (the left exaggerated masking's usefulness, while some on the right made it into a silly "freedom" issue), but the responsible thing is to wear a mask when you go out to indoor public places (or crowded outdoor public places).
Without getting into that whole debate, it's interesting that he and Chrissy seem to have a similar opinion on masking. (Remember Chrissy's videos from spring 2020, where he asserted that COVID was a hoax, and he didn't want to wear a mask!)

100% this was from a free template. The site it's on (jotform.com) is a site specifically to create your own forms and have people submit them online. Presumably he downloaded a sample NDA, modified it for his bullshit scam, and put it up on jotform.com.Quote:

Furthermore, when scammers come back to those same "lifetime" people and suddenly demand MORE money, that means they're both broke AND out of new customers. The onetime-sale scam only works if you are have a constant stream of suckers coming in (or, alternatively, if you can hit each one for a large sum of money). If you are going back to the "lifetime" people and coming up with reasons they have to pay again -- at the expense of the word getting out about you from them being disgruntled (or legal action being taken) -- then you're in super desperation mode.

The question remains how much Chrissy stole from people. We'll never know the true number, but I think it is reasonable to believe it could be over $100k, as KD said in his video. At first I thought that number seemed high, but remember he said he lost $74k in the month of February ($36k of which we know about for sure, thanks to Rick Lee), and I think that $74k number is actually a rare grain of truth (except when he claimed in May that he WON $74k in February! LOL!)
The problem is that Chrissy is destined to be broke, because he is both a spender and a problem gambler. He's always obsessed with being "rich", meaning he will keep pressing his bets when doing well, ending in disaster. He's also obsessed with LOOKING rich, so he spends as much as he can to feel like a VIP.
Even if Chrissy somehow came into a million bucks (say one of his moron followers died and left it to him), he'd probably lose it all within 6 months.
By the way, I like how he wanted to charge "$200-$300 each" to dine with him at Mayfair on his birthday. Remember we saw he was inside the Mayfair, but we saw no table -- only footage of the window to the fountains. It was never clear if the birthday dinner was just him and Stacy, or if he did have a few "guests" there, or if he didn't eat there at all, and simply walked in to film it.
I think the original plan was to get a big group of suckers to all pay their own way, take a video of the huge table, and brag about how he "took all my students out to Mayfair". It looks like nobody went for this, so the birthday dinner either didn't happen, or it was just him and Stacy.
Clearly the angle of the birthday bash was a dual one -- to raise quick cash, and to make it look like he has a huge stable of dedicated customers who are treated like VIPs. It flopped in all ways. That idiotic video had very little marketing value.
