Newsweek is referencing this bit from Las Vegas Review-Journal, "Doctors have begun Paddock’s autopsy, and as of Tuesday, an examination of his brain revealed no abnormalities, the sheriff said. He did not have any information about Paddock’s toxicology results.".
They added the conclusion that this ends "theories that the mass killer had a disorder or brain tumor", from something that hasn't even concluded yet. That's on top of the fact that some disorders can't be excluded even from examining a living brain let alone a dead brain (you can't measure activity and that matters).
