However, in 2021, we've seen these totals: 201, 202, 186, 184, 225, 192

As long as Morant remains out, it's probably wise to look at them for unders, as well.


It is possible these trends will change, of course, but these three teams have been incredibly reliable for the past 6-9 games regarding low totals.

1. A tiny rule change for offsides. Your skate doesn't have to be on the ice, it can be above the blue line to remain onside. Might end up with less challenges, but we're talking about like 20 goals or so across the whole year for all teams.

2. Taxi squad may help teams on back to backs. I have it noted to keep an eye on things

3. Interesting schedule due to travel. You play the same team 2 or even 3 times in a row at times.

Lol at the new NBA Covid rules.

1. Players in home market have to stay in their homes only interacting with family or staff

2. Players on road not allowed to leave hotel, and no non-team guests allowed

and a bunch more.

The bubble seemed to work well last year, I'm not sure why why NBA/NHL didn't go with a bubble format of some sort. I would have to think that playoffs will have to be in a bubble to avoid catastrophes.
