Dumbass Minnesota barely attacked him, he can't move.

The Lakers not being down 30 points in this game is a bit of a miracle. They are taking awful shots, mostly LeBron, and getting crushed in all aspects of the paint/post on both sides of the ball. I haven't got to watch just about any of the first round series, but this is similar to the Timberwolves last year. They can adjust against any team defensively, and if Edwards gets on a roll offensively they are a near championship team.
Same can be said for Denver, Clippers and GS.
Minnesota is talented but had a weird approach tonight, why not just hammer them inside harder when the threes dry up? Big game for Rudy but him and Randle should have piled on even more.
LOL Jackson Hayes being unplayable, Pelinka got his flowers for the Luka heist but not signing a big was disastrous.
Silver lining for Lakers getting bounced first round?
There will probably be more pressure on Luka to get in shape in the offseason.
If Lakers were able to run deep, he’d feel less inclined to change things.
Of course, Lebron will be 41 1/2 in the 2026 postseason. But if he keeps doing those roids, he might be close to the same player.
:fail
Despite knowing surprisingly little about sports betting in general, I'm the money guy for a small amount of action. I'm currently Fading these bets. If you were on the other side of these bets would you consider laying any of it off?
I don't know why Lebron flops so much, especially after he's gotten a reputation for doing so.
It's not like he's Vlade Divac or Robert Horry -- a mid-level player who needs the flopping in order to stay viable as a starter.
Lebron is one of the all time greats of the game, so why tarnish it like this? Looks especially bad because he's this big strong guy, yet goes down in feigned agony in many cases when an opponent touches him lightly. So weird.
He didn't really start doing this until he got older. It is just basic tactics you see a lot in soccer, but much less in basketball. You get calls doing this which you wouldn't get otherwise, plus it slows the game down so you can catch some rest.
Just strategic.
Yeah it's a grade 2 MCL sprain.
For once it wasn't a flop.

Real shit starts tonight. Cavs v Pacers and Game 7 GS at Houston.
I’m not really high on Houston, but they are well coached. I think they probably win now. But it’s hard to pick the really inexperienced team. I probably will though. Guys like FVV and Adams have experience, but FVV is generally horrible.
It is really hard to be too high on Jalen Green given how streaky he is. You’re not shocked at 35 points or 7. And he’s not a complete player. But that tandem of Adams and Sengun for an undersized GS is a lot to deal with. I want to see Draymond lose his shit.
Interesting game either way.
its actually insane how many white slash other race cucks hate lebron the dude is fucking insane, also hes 10x better than kobe and mexicans online cant get over it i guess were pulling for twolves after they beat la anthony edwards talking shit outside staples center was pretty great
I hate the Cavs line. Just too many points when it’s game 1.
I feel like betting the Rockets but then I’ll be sitting there after Steph hits 4 3s to win at the buzzer thinking wtf were you thinking betting the young Rockets against these dudes with the rings?
If you have Ty Jerome prop available, bet it.
My book pulled it down. Appears Garland will sit. Not warming up.
Pacers shooting 60% from 3. Cavs 25%. So unless they are able to keep up that pace, which occasionally happens, I assume Cavs catch up and pull away a bit once they cool off.
This game is on Mitchell. Old habits. Shooting too much. Worst +/- on court. The bigs shot like 90% and he kept firing up 3s and missing while they were hitting all theirs.
Well the Jerome props hit easy so I’m taking a shot on Houston -2.5. Shocking they offer him 19.5 points and assists with Garland out. He’s basically never not getting that.
The Rockets should win this game, they are younger and a more complete team and at home. Curry and Butler had 56 at home and lost by 8 in close out game. They might be shot, or I’m going to feel like an idiot for betting the young team with Jalen Green. I didn’t think Rockets would get this far, but now they they have, should win.
The Kuminga part though is unknown. Does he play a lot and give them a third scorer? Gary Payton waking up sick really makes them completely a 2 man show. Someone is going to have to show up or they need to hold Houston to 85.
Why not both?
Thanks to Hield's sharp shooting, Warriors made 3's at about the same % as Houston made 2's. Sengun and Thompson took half the Rockets shots, pretty much all 2 pointers, and both shot well under 50%. You cant play like that and score enough points if the Warriors have even a decent 3 point shooting night.
Betting note: I actually bet Podz O1.5 3's -190 odds when I got the Payton scratch news. He pretty much played the whole game despite not shooting well. So I was "right" but lost anyways because he went 1-7 on 3's.
Even though Gordon was probably fouled there, not kicking the ball back out to let Jokic or Murray have a chance to win the game and to have some hope in the series is lol.
And rofl. He redeems himself.
i will try this here since no response elsewhere...
so i only follow and typically only bet football. following a recommendation of someone off the site, i made a prop bet on the cavs to win it all.
so i guess i need to see if i should cover or let it ride. but my site isn't offering current odds. does anyone know what they are/any advice on what to do with this ticket now - it's not a lot of $ so inclination is to let it play out unless they are unlikely to make it to the end.
TIA

Odds to win 2024-25 NBA Championship
Cleveland Cavaliers +1000
$100 $1,000
As I remarked when I was watching a few Pacers/Bucks games, the Pacers really looked excellent. I know the Bucks were a mess, but the Pacers didn't just seem to be a product of a bad opponent.
Wouldn't surprise me to see them go all the way this year. You can get +3300 right now on BOL for it.
If anything was proven over the last 2 days, it's that no team is unstoppable this year. Maybe I'll throw a hundred on them.
Knicks had a really good comeback vs boston, The denver game was also entertaining. Thks for sharing you pick druff
Saw a stat, Mitchell with the Cavs, 9 games now (including last game) that he has attempted 30 shots, Cavs are 3-6 in them. 2 wins were in OT.
When chatting with friends that also used to play, we'll do the ole joke of "he's on your team". Superstars obviously everyone wants. For the middle guys. Everyone wants Draymond or the Thompson twins on their team. Everyone wants Jordan Poole or Jalen Green on the other team. Mitchell is quite the divider. When he's right, you want him, but when he's not.....
Yeah he has given lip service all year and actually played completely unselfish, and then it gets in a pinch, and he starts chucking. I get it, no Garland and it felt like they were hitting
every step back 3 they tried, and you feel that need to catch up, but really it wasn’t needed.
Despite all of it it was basically tied.
I’ll give him a pass for a game he’s been so good, but they defend the 3, that’s what the Pacers do. You should have 11 assists in a game like that. They are long and no need to keep chucking up contested 3s. They are a cocky bunch the Pacers. Talk a lot of trash. I think he gets into that mindset where he’s going to shut them up to the detriment of the team.
I think it’s why he plays so great against Boston. They aren’t assholes despite being really good. White, Tatum, even Jaylen aren’t really dicks. He always plays within himself and waits for his shot because it doesn’t get personal for him. At the end of the day, he’s a short dude. Long wingspan, but short. You can’t carry a team being his size. Curry couldn’t even with how he shoots. The only get on my back guys are the 6’6-6’9 wings who can do it all on both sides.
Not a Celtics hater like many are but man, 15/60 on threes is a tough fucking hang.
Credit to Knicks for gutting one out but they won't miss at that clip again and Thibs already logging massive minutes on his starters.
Tough one BCR! I was reading to my son and scared the shit out of him by yelling when that shot hit.
Not really sure what even happened yet but what a game to blow when it looked like they had it in the bag with Mobley/Garland out.
Should've bet on Indy but forgot.
Their +3300 championship odds just went to +1400.
They still have a lot to get through (the Celtics and whomever comes out of the West), and maybe they blow it against the Cavs. But they're really looking strong.
Honestly I was shocked they were even ahead after finding out Mobley and Hunter were out with multi game injuries in addition to Garland. They can’t miss 2 all stars including their easily best defender and a 3rd guy who averaged 18. They are deep but no one is that deep. They should have won that one, but the season essentially ended in game 1 and I just didn’t know it.
Crappy end to a great year. I hate these seasons when shit is defined by guys getting hurt all playoffs. Reminds me of the year the Raptors won. Same way Pacers advanced last year.
I didn’t think we’d get by Boston anyway, but I wanted to see the series. Now not happening.
Boston gave up another 20 point lead? Giving up driving the lane for taking contested 3’s?
I’m supposed to take the Knicks in NY +5.5 amirite? NY will be insane
-signed
haven’t watched a game all year
This has been baffling, but that Knicks team literally couldn’t beat a single top 4 team all year. Like 0-10. Boston is on the wrong end of variance for a few games. I wouldn’t take the Knicks +15. For real. I wouldn’t lay 15 either. But the Knicks aren’t good. Boston has just shit the bed twice. Celtics best road team in the league this year though. 33-8 on the road. Worse record at home.
All Boston does is shoot 3's. Worked last year. But now, facing some actual defense, its falling apart.
Celtics will probably have 1 game here where they catch fire, but i wouldn't be surprised to see a Knicks sweep either. Or Boston wins in six.
Who knows anymore. One of the most random NBA postseasons in awhile.
Wanted to check price to see if Celtics had value and it's just -106, lol.
As (I think) BCR noted, the Knicks routinely got blown out by better teams throughout the year and Boston especially just wasted them. Thought the Pistons and Thibs minutes on starters would make this a cake walk for Boston.
The books are taking this and 3PA variance into play, but really hard to see the Celtics winning the next two in MSG, that crowd will be fucking nuts.
Bizarro playoffs indeed; only real bummer is the Cavs getting injured and Curry being hurt. Still think the Warriors could win that series though.
Thanks boys. I’ll pass.
Boston sports talk should be precious though.
