chicken tenders and potato cakes - 'Murican Fish & Chips (tots would work too, shoutout to dirtyb)
half the chicken tenders (the ones on top) were beer battered
chicken breast seasoned with:
salt & pepper
paprika
cayenne pepper
cajun seasoning
batter:
1/2 cup beer
tablespoon of flour
teaspoon of corn stach
bout 2/3 of an egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
salt & pepper
cayenne pepper
batter measurements are my best guess

So, to the PFA masses, I do beg of you a solid recipe for baked (or bbq) red potatoes. Right now I have 4 which I sliced somewhat thin (some into chunks) didn't skin em and I basically have these babies on the counter top waiting for some love.
Who wants to love my red potatoes???
I am thinking garlic and butter or something, maybe broiled at 350 for 10min ought to do the trick BUT YOU TELL ME PFA and i will record the goodness.

Cut potatoes into quarters (wedges)
Use a casserole dish instead of skillet
Cook in oven at 350
add rosemary in with the peppers and onions and some garlic
top with cheese for last 5 or so minutes.
