In all fairness you are making pretty outlandish accusations without actually ever giving any proof. Anyone can say whatever they want, but in order for the claim to hold any water you should produce something. Just saying what you heard isn't good enough, if it can be done than do it, take a picture of it and then you will have much more credibility in your claims

I am from the same hometown as one of their pros and I posted asking why tourny was cancelled and if money was safe. This was the response I got

Merge originally approved of LOCKOPS and then made us cancel it after the schedule after we had already released the schedule & promotions, which is pretty ridiculous. I'm pretty sure it was because the other skins on the Merge network threw a fit This has nothing to do with money being safe on Lock. Nothing has changed & people need to stop with the Lock shutdown rumors. From our owner:

Funds are protected and segregated. That is why we are able to do so many withdrawals.

Call me crazy but I don't just take things written on internet forums as 100% fact, you are welcome to PM me step-by-step instruction on how do what you say can be done. I have 4 Merge skins that I use, I would be happy to follow those instructions, record everything and report back the result. If it turns out you are correct than at least some proof was presented. I will also be happy to put merge on blast for it on my radio show. If you are only willing to just randomly spew wild speculation, but call them "facts" I am just not feeling it man...

here are the instructions:

1. get two computers
2. get two skins DLed and make two accounts
3. log into each skin even from the same IP
4. register into the same tournaments

merge doesnt care unless someone attempts to dump funds between skins; since you cannot do transfers from one skin to another on merge for numerous reasons.

So what I've learned from reading that P5's thread is that you make wild accusations without any sort of evidence at multiple online poker forums --nobody is even asking for proof, just some cursory evidence! So do you work at Americas Cardroom, Tiger Gaming, or Cake Poker????

No, I'm pretty sure you are the only one who doesn't "Get It". There is a reason you are unpopular across multiple forums. You keep mentioning these major security issues on Merge, but you haven't shown one shred of evidence for any of them other than some... my cousin's, ex-wife's, 8 year-old son heard from another kid at Belmont Elementary school that Merge allowed Multi-accounting.

These guys have a point.

There are so many outlandish/inaccurate claims on the internet that you need to either be a longtime trusted player or provide proof for anyone to take you seriously.

It may suck, but that's the way it is, because we're inundated with so many bogus accusations regarding shadiness in online poker.

You should collect all of the evidence you can, and post your findings here.

so you just completely ignore the thread i linked from P5s? merge not only allows it indirectly by not properly securing their games, but they even have a skin under their watch, feltstars, staking players in some really odd manner(which has people looking into whether these tickets are even legit)....and if you want to move away from speculation in that regard, the backer apparently encouraged multi-accounting to maximize profits on each of these "ticket" accounts.
basically, you guys have some serious reading and research of your own to do, and frankly im a little taken back at how you guys have responded in this thread and are approaching these issues given your track record at getting to the bottom of things.

if you dont agree with me about these problems, thats fine, but atleast look at the information i have presented and then decide. you even asked for proof and i told you exactly how you could do it, in regards to logging in two accounts into the same tourney.

you guys seem to be confusing my speculation and opinions, with the facts ive presented....which seems a little odd to me considering the main issues i have are not rooted at all in speculation or opinion. when i tell you that you can log into two accounts from the same IP and even enter into the same tournaments from these accounts, its not speculation....

the same thing was possible on UB/AP.... you could basically take 2 shots at a tourney, but im 99% sure they never allowed you to be logged into both at the same time from the same IP even lol using the same personal information/etc . and if you are really going to argue with me about this, i dont see any point to continue here as you obviously dont care about security on merge.

Jesus Christ where is your proof and evidence of this? In order for us to believe you we need concrete evidence in the form of a screenshot or video etc. etc. It is very simple to take a screenshot. If you are on Windows 7 it comes with a nifty utility called "Snipping Tool" there you can take screenshots. If you can't provide us with any proof we will all assume that you are a shill and will not take your word for shit. It is a simple and straightforward concept just provide us with evidence and we will act accordingly.

Im not so sure what kind of proof you people are asking for. Its pretty simple to assume that i can sit at my kitchen table with my laptops and play in the same MTT or ring game on any poker network i wanted to.

If im connected through my cox cable connection on 1 laptop and the other one im hijcaking my neighbors unsecure connection theres no issue is there.

Im sure a lot of people have seen guys sitting around a starbucks all playing on stars. Are we naive enough to think that they arent playing together?? A lot of people at the wsop who are sharing a house sit around and play are we going to just assume that they arent playing in the same tournies as well

I just played this guy Daly is talking about for 280 hands and he won 175 of them ,a lot of them with total garbage where he had no business being in the hand on river. Same with a guy I played the other night and he won 40 out of 50 hands.



A lot of the matches I have lost on this stake the guy has won like same ratio of hands and they hit these ridiculous draws/cards.

This guy that daly is talking about has 15k hands logged in here in NL and beating them for 7 BB 100 which is possible over a short span but when u dig a little deeper some of the numbers seem consistent with this.

He has played 400 hands of 6-12 and won about $1400 in less than 2 hrs of play. $1400 fucking dollars in a 6-12 heads up match and he has no other heads up hands logged in.

I was his first play in over a week but he shows up and decides to play 10-20 heads up. So he won 130 BB vs someone else in 400 hands of play and smokes me for 75 BB in 300 hands.

Sure it is possible but some of the stuff is a lil fishy at the same time.

He is also a U.S. player but somehow has 22k in his account because he flashed it all to show he has more money than me when I reloaded, maybe he won a huge MTT or Kills sngos I dunno but he has a lot of cash on his Merge balance which is dumb and interesting for someone who doesn;t play that high. I will look up his MTT and sngo stuff later

Guy who beat me in 30-60 for 2k last week hasn't logged a hand in since that match. You would think he would keep playing if it is that easy.

Then you have 2 of the last 3 guys who beat me for 1k plus have yet to return to the tables.

I have lost now 220 out my last 350 hands played on the custom tables to guys I feel I have quite an edge over.

And the guy I played on custom tables before that was a total drooler and beat me for 1k

I am not coming out and saying I am being cheated but I have had some serious bad luck on Merge Heads up matches and at the same time I have predicted that 3 players would not log in another hand after my match with them and I was correct with 2 of them and 3 of 4 if u count the shadow mode matches.

I am going to investigate deeper on a lot of this stuff. Could just be pure coincidence that I am running bad and they are running well while playing like shit. But remember I have played over a million hands of heads up and I am just seeing some shit I have never seen before and it is over and over
