Well Kunt, I actually live in Worcester now. My x wife and I have at least temporarily reconciled and we've been together in the family house since early December. I lived here 2005-16. When I got divorced I went a little crazy and wound up spending a bunch of time in the Springfield projects with a Puerto Rican mami sniffing a bunch of coke and partying like crazy with questionable characters. I also worked on the road as an insurance investigator and spent plenty of time on Blue Hill Ave in Dorchester, in the ghettos of Hartford and Bridgeport, in Roxbury, JP, Springfield, Holyoke, etc. I wasn't describing any particular American city only events that have taken place in some of them. As for Gimmick, that was an impressive response. I was half joking about him anyway and hope you and he know that. While we've literally been at war all my life those in Europe I'm sure still remember when the wars were there and never here. I'm quite sure Gimmick has seen plenty. Also if you see me posting late at night I'm usually high and with the combination of pills I take rn I get really messed up so its probably best to not pay much attention.

It's gonna take a few more years to get the balance right. Since 2011 i think they've limited competing after 12 months of hormone therapy that depletes testosterone and increases estrogen with a certain testosterone cap. They likely need to tweak it more for individual sports and possibly in some cases it's impossible to let trannies compete with women.

At the top level men are 10-13% ahead in the closest sports. After 12 months of testosterone depletion even with the current rules they're fairly close.

Some random runner that transitioned in her 20s was doing mile in 4.50 and in the same event men's winner got 4.10 or something like that. Anyways 20ish months before transitioning he was doing 1500m in 3.50. The difference between that tranny and the men's winner was still more than world record. So that's more or less fine. I lived in Vårby Gård in the southern suburbs of Stockholm in 1983. It was transitioning into a blackhead neighborhood. Turks, Arabs, and Kurds. There was definitely resentment by the native population, not necessarily because of the color of their skin, but because the immigrants were not assimilating into Swedish culture. The social indoctrination machine that Swedish public school system did a fairly good job with their children however. Problem was is they kept accepting them, and they have more babies than Swedes. Stockholm is definitely a different city today.

The biggest immigrant problem in our neighborhood? Finnish men getting drunk and beating their wives. Literally the national pastime of Finland. And don’t even get me started on Finnish Gypsies.

Sure if you were to trust Swedes that would be a reasonable take.

A lot Gypsies came here from Sweden originally. They had a law for over 100 years that you could hang any Gypsy men on sight. Being the kind souls they are, women and children were just to be escorted to the border.

Since this is officially now a low crime Nordic countries thread, here are some random facts about Sweden.

At the start of 20th century Sweden had around 5m people and 40k immigrants. It wasn't until 1975 that they started embracing multiculturalism as an official policy led by Olof Palme who was assassinated a decade later (that's their JFK). Before (and after) that Finns bounced back and forth the border depending on labor demands.

In 2020 Sweden had around 10m people and 2m of those were foreign born. Large majority of immigrants did not move based on labor demand. Turks and Muslims have about 4x levels of poverty vs Svenssons. Migrants from EU countries generally fair better. Most foreign born people live in the aforementioned housing projects from the 70s. All of those areas are worse of today. The usual white flight, lack of business/investment and slow decay of all basic services that are found in other areas.

During a boom cycle it's very beneficial for economies to have access to cheap labor. This is the reason for Sweden's lax immigration policy and also the main driving force for UK to seek EU's eastern expansion. Same thing played out in Germany and France. The issues that need to be solved are related to migrant mobility and appeasing the local white trash for having additional competition for unskilled jobs.

Assimilation/integration become important when migrants have no way of following labor demand. Such as refugees that can't move freely within EU nor return to their home country. Also language often becomes a limiting factor. There's basically around 5-6ish language groups in EU. English is fairly important, but it's not sufficient in Germanic, Italic, French or Slavic areas. You can get by with English in Nordic countries. Smaller parts of central Europe are so so. French or German might work. No one really understands Finnish. Our closest relatives in Hungary and Estonia have no idea what we're saying.

Anyways once you're stuck with a certain migrant population you have to deal with 2nd generation immigrants. They are not just happy to be alive or working menial jobs with non existing economic mobility. Their parents didn't care because being poor in the first world beats being middleclass in 3rd world. Kids on the other hand don't see that. Their relative reality is western. There's what they see in the TV, what they see natives have access to and what their own surroundings are. There's a mild disparity there. It's like they live in another world.

Speaking specifically on Sweden the 2nd generation Muslims are too Swedish/Western for the 1st gen and sand n-words to natives. They're outsiders to everyone except to other undesirables. They live in a questionable concrete hell with no legal way out of it. Thank god for the drug trade and cunts willing to exploit kids for their own financial gain. That's their gainful employment and employers that are always hiring.

Minor issues arise when territory is limited and police is doing their best to lock up anyone that could mediate disputes. Kids also suck at using automatic weapons and explosives. By their nature you occasionally end up hurting your opponent, but it's not exactly limited to opps. They also use them for personal grievances, accidents and mistaken identities. Due to the military hardware pipeline from Eastern-Europe and never ending flow of troubled kids from domestic psychopath factories this isn't ending anytime soon.

One story I was told was that a high school girl who had been sexually assaulted by a Muslim at the school went to report it, and instead of showing empathy, the school administrator yelled at her for describing him as an Arab. "You don't describe people like that, that detail is unimportant", said the woman to the girl.

Swedes generally avoid saying anything racist publicly. Privately not so much.

In 2015 there was some issues with Syrians/Afghans. They took around 180k immigrants in that wave. That's 1-2% of population. On average the group of 1st gen immigrants commit less crimes than natives and same was true then.

Depending how you deal with them, you're going to have problems with 2nd and 3rd gen. Sweden is very segregated and they have questionable barriers for employment.

The Muslims/Turks involved in organized crime and street gangs are from earlier waves. To a degree gangs related to clans are less disruptive and volatile in the short term. Though they're more involved with smuggling, extortion and that type of stuff.

Turks/Kurds are from 60s on, Iraqis/Iranians from 70-80s/2000s, Somalis from 90s and so on. Yogoslavs and Albanians can be Muslims.

Usually when people there refer to Muslims they mean Kurds, Middle-Easterns and former Yugoslavs. Turks generally came earlier and are at times included/excluded. Most Africans are Muslims, but rarely referred as Muslims. Yogoslavs are all over the place with religion and ethnicity.

Say if 5 million refugees would show up in US, i think you could get a few anecdotes about immigrants doing things. For reference since 1980 you've taken in 3.1 million refugees. Not talking about predominantly economic migrants.

Randomly looking at few economic things in Sweden like median income from a large basket that includes salary, business and few other things by country of birth.

Born in Sweden is around 360k/year. Foreign born are at 260k, but there's sizable differences.

Finns, Norwegians and Germans are between 330-360k.

Somalis, Syrians and Iraqis are at the bottom with 130k. Eritrea at 180k.

Smallest differences with gender are with Finns, Chilean and Thais. No idea what's going on with Chile, but Thailand may or may not skew the numbers with mail order brides.

Sweden doesn't strictly track ethnicity and as such country of origin is a bit vague. Germans can mean Turks and Kurds as well.

Currently by country of birth the biggest immigrant groups are from Syria, Former Yugoslavia, Iraq and Finland in that order. Though there are likely twice as much ethnic Finns than there are Syrians. Similarly Finland's biggest minority group are Swedes even though they came mostly before the 17th century.

When I started the job, a lot of fellow computer dorks there told me not to go out into that neighborhood, and to just eat at the wokplace cafeteria. I did this for like 2-3 days and got sick of the shitty food there really fast.

So I started going out every day to a rotation of places where I was a regular. Because the area was mostly industrial/commercial, it wasn't that bad during the day. But it was Compton, and this was the 1990s when crime was pretty bad.

One of the times I went to Jack in the Box for the drive thru, I saw it was closed off with police tape, so I went somewhere else and wondered what happened.

Turned out that a guy was carjacked in the drive thru lane and stupidly refused to give up his keys, and was shot dead. Happened about 45 minutes before I got there. The victim was rich and owned a nearby large business, and obviously had insurance. Not clear why he decided to risk his life to protect the car. Funny enough, I was taking a late lunch that day, and would have been there right around the moment of the carjacking had I gone at the normal time.

Here's an interview of Cynthia Millen who resigned as a USA swimming official because of what she perceives as unfair competition by transgender swimmers. This interview was from last Dec.

Lia Thomas competed for 3 full seasons as a male at Penn. His best time as a male in this race was 4:18.

Cynthia Millen analyzed this latest race. She said Thomas sandbagged the race. She said in this race on the last lap they are always slowing down from exhaustion. But Thomas was actually picking up speed on the last lap and she said that is just not the way it happens. She attributed it to Thomas not going full speed until he/she was sure she wasn't going to break her male record so had plenty of steam left in the last lap. She said Thomas could do much better times than what he/she showed in this race.

So what you have is Thomas sandbagging to not beat his male times but still breaking women's records. It has to come to an end.

Thomas sandbagged this latest race to. Only 3 spots on the podium but the girls brought up the 4th place finisher to get her in the pic. Says a lot about what the girls think of William Thomas who goes by the name of Lia.
