I have been asking around, looks like there is a strong possibility Pooh is facing foreclosure. This is a valuable lesson for those trying to extend beyond their means. Hopefully these are just rumors.

Hey bud, I have no idea about your pressing medical issues. I am just letting you know what was PM'd to me. It looks like Pooh is going through very severe financial issues. Very severe.
