DJ -122 over X (1 unit)...both guys are playing well...DJs last 4 have been T2 (PGA)-T12 (WGC Memphis)-WD-CUT...he WD'ed with an injury and came back the next week and played well at memphis...he got CUT at the memorial and played like shit...might have gotten injured there that carried over to the next week...Xs last 4 were T10 (PGA)-T6 (WGC)-T13-T14...this one im betting on because of course performance...X has played here twice and gone T49-T53...DJ has gone T7-T18-T8-T44...i love X, think he's a fantastic player, but his two results here are telling to me...again 122 feels a touch pricey, but the horses for courses angle makes me feel fine about it...EDIT...down to -105 now...

agree with daly on brooks...thought about that...what has changed since the PGA when i was paying like $40 more to take him against tiger in the PGA? tiger hasn't played since then, might have not practiced that much...brooks didnt even sniff the cut in a fairly easy field on a fairly easy course last week...i love brooks and think he's an amazing player, but at some point you just have to impose your will in events like the wyndham...really smells like shit that he's only -132 against tiger on a course that he's done OK on the last two times he played (T12-T18)...

So today's Brewers/Twins game, I almost went with the Brew crew because Rich Hill is 40 and coming back from injury. I knew Hill from his years as a Dodger. The guy works hard and takes the game seriously, but he's 40 and can't stay healthy. When he's feeling good, he can still be a formidable opponent. He hasn't been feeling good. I had a feeling he was going to get battered.
However Brett Anderson sucks, and I just pictured him getting beat down by the Twins offense.
So I elected the over instead.
So far Hill is getting knocked as expected, but Anderson has been solid. Would like 5 more runs early so I can turn it off.
It's an 8-1 game after 4.5, and I have to sweat it because they put up fat zeroes for the next 3.5 innings.
Finally Milwaukee pushed one over in the top of the 9th and I have it.
