What a fucking fail. Depending on what is going on behind the scenes, this could be dragged out forever. If they try to fight it, that is exactly what they will try to do.
On a side note there are conditions of bail, that usually mirror that of probation. Although a lot of times no one is really checking.
No guys, a deal has likely been reached and since Micon is back in U.S. My guess is that it will not involve jail time.....fine and probation, not sure what restrictions on the new venture.....
Not sure what the 20k bond means since it said prior he was ROO. But nonetheless going to send him a 12 pack of snickers bars to his commissary so hopefully he can run then up in baducey
I mentioned this before but I suspect if he fights it he will rat out the "real" owners, I mean what else is his defense? Or part of the plea is to cooperate and rat.
I would guess those real owners are already in another country too lol
My informed guess is that there will be a "walk-through" booking and release OR and then some period of probation.....the terms of the probation will be interesting.....likely some restrictions on the site but maybe not

He is in custody right now in a holding cell waiting to be processed. His bail is $20,000 according to the lady I spoke with.
From my experience (unless he already had spoken with a bondsman and had the paper work started), he will be in there anywhere from 12 to 18 hours assuming me makes bail.
I would assume that he is going to have a family member (since he has none) put down a house as collateral. If he pays the 20k in cash, the majority will not be refundable regardless of how the case turns out.
Forget the $1500 dealers choice and a nice meal from All American Dave's, it's looking more like a bologna sandwhich and a game of spades (literally) all afternoon.
