The key here is that this company has no (real) debt. Yes, they have stupid costs of 8.5 billion a year while they wait to have things turn around but that is 3 years of regular income years that they've lost. Would you pay 12.50 for a company that was worth 52.50 before this?! I would, but the certainty is the problem.

So here's a company that I liked before all this nonsense. Viemed - they are a home provider of respiratory services including non invasive ventilation. They trade in Canada and on the Nasdaq - I don't Canadia, so this is the Nasdaq stock I am talking about. Stock is about 3 bucks and change today. I bought some at 2.80. It was trading at 5.50 a few weeks ago.
I also like Philips Healthcare. Huge telehealth provider and basically the market leader from a device standpoint. Stock is around 33 today and up around 10% today but 52 week high was 50 and change.

Pulled all of my money out of the stock market on 1/31. The day the fed cut rates I secured a 20 year mortgage refinance at 3.09% with no closing costs or fees. The only downside to the loan is a possible $500 prepayment fee for the first 3 years. Got it right before rates started going back up. Was originally offered 3.59%. Now I'm waiting for what feels like the right time to jump back into the market.
