As someone who does DK just for shits n giggles at a very small level (usually only 1 or 2 entries in large field $0.25 or $1 entries) I'd agree the NFL ones are straight lotto. I do best at NBA, although with very chalk lineups that frequently min cash. Nonetheless, I'm still "ahead" overall, but not any significant amount.Quote:

I’m just not filled with warmth about Australia as a venue right now. Tennis players can so easily pack it in. You gotta be careful about how your book regards mid match “injuries” or “no shows”. The woman player who gakked mid match. Some books will push and some will lose. Wagering is tough enough. Some were arguing the whole tourney should be cancelled. Just sayin.

This is the reverse of the over I lost where both teams held the ball with a similar amount of time left, but that one was even worse because the team behind had a full clock and chose to hold it, which is usually only done by either the winning team or if there's only a few seconds left.
What also sucks is that all 4 picks had a chance. Milwaukee was up by more than 11 for almost all of the game, then collapsed at the end. The Knicks jumped out to like a 10-point lead before getting blown out. The over on that game was on pace to cover for some of the game, and then came fairly close at the end.
