So annoying. Lots of people want trump to hit north korea and think that it can be done easily. They are half way around the world, takes some time to properly mass your forces. One thing I learned from my years playing Civ 5 is that it can take a couple years just to move your air craft carriers across the pacific. Perhaps even ten years to move your units properly. Plus even if it is a bloodbath by moving your troops across the world you are lowering your border defenses and opening yourself up to the Aztecs in the south.

When there's enough tension and division the flood of non white immigration will continue.

They're concerned about Mexican, whites, Muslims and even blacks coming together on the Jewish question. So they're pausing to make sure there's enough division to continue.
