So weird.

The Raptors stomped on the Hornets from the end of the 2nd through the middle of the 3rd, and went from down 6 to up 12.

So the score was 80-68 in the mid-late 3rd, and I was writing off both of my picks.

Since then, the Raptors have shit the bed huge, and are down 91-84 with 6:54 left in the 4th. They've scored 2 in the first 5 minutes of the 4th, and are getting crushed on a 23-4 run. Wow.

I could actually win both of these. Strange game.

Ugh. Raptors down 94-84 with 6 min left and it looks like they've collapsed and I'm winning both ends of the bet.

Then they start playing ball, go on a 10-1 run, and now it's going to be close on both ends, and a possible OT.

Yup. OT after a weird foul which gave the Hornets 1 free throw and the ball when down 100-99, and they missed a close final shot.

I really am an OT magnet. Now if the Raptors win, I lose both, and I lost the under for sure.

Nitpicking here, but I wouldn't call them disappointing. Unlucky basically. When your entire starting frontcourt will wind up playing around 40 (maybe) combined games all year, hard for any team to overcome that. Essentially their 3rd, 4th, and 5th best guys.

Imagine the Clippers without Harrell, Sweet Lou, and Beverly. Kawhi and PG13 can carry a team better than Dame and CJ....but the Clips would be close to the same spot in the standings.
