After the election, politics shouldn't be about winning and losing, that's why we're in such a hyper partisan state. Everyone should be cheering the loss of the health care bill, no matter the party you support.

We have no idea the effect of this bill. Trump fans should be happy it failed, as it was likely a disaster.
I'm not sure if McCain's dissent was personal or because he didn't like the jam job, but thank God he did it.
Maybe now they will fix Obamacare, like Democrats have been begging them to do for years. Hopefully, McConnell admits defeat and does his job. Trump can claim victory and everyone will be happy.
