As Phantom suggests, chrissy being held back 5 years isnt outside the realm of possibility.

In theory it could be a highschool assignment, but it would be looking for the student to highlight how they were going to get into their career.
As an example, someone wanting to be a mechanic might discuss trade school, apprenticeships, working for a relative who is already a mechanic and the like.

In chrissy's case he probably wrote "I go be rich!111!!".
When the teacher gave him a second chance and asked him to follow the instructions and explain how he was going to be rich he couldnt.
And for most of those assignments teachers dont care what career you pick, as long as you explain the key steps or processes.
Chrissy could have written "I wanna drive truck, see America, deliver stuff that help people, give blowjobs".
While that would still miss the requirements at least it shows he's put some thought into a career.
