I really think this will end now the way GRRM probably wants it to, which is Dany (girl of his dreams IRL) on the throne, Jon (who GRRM wishes he could be) riding back north to be warden of the north, and Sam (who GRRM is) writing everything down that just happened. Final scene will be Jon departing from the Citadel.
The one thing that bugs about game of thrones youtube conspiracy theories is the authors of said videos refer to the books alot when they know damn well the show runners are pretty much doing the equivalent of making an alternate reality of the existing GRRM has already lay forth in the books in which it may or may not be inline with the entire plot of the books.
So pretty much anything can happen and I just wasted hours of my life, oh well back to the post war Nazi international and the breakaway civilization videos.

honestly one of the hallmarks of the show was that it was super indulgent and slowly paced and all these intricate plotlines were examined in aspie-caliber detail and we literally just sawed through 80% of the peripheral characters in one ep.
yeah ikr it hurts me too lol they are basically squeezing an easy 3 full seasons of material into 1.5 seasons
its still gonna be fun to watch but show definitely loses a lot of what made it great by rushing the ending
