Williams to win 2-1 at +350
I think Halep wins a set. :)
Anybody got some early futures for the NFL?
Is it a waste of money?
I'm really liking the Philadelphia Eagles at 14-1 or should I wait to see if Wentz is healthy?
If I put on my futures hat ... this is the approach
NFC odds to win
Obv Saints +400 and Rams +430 are the faves.
However there appears to be value ...
Packers with a finally happy Rodgers +900
- Or -
Cowboys w/ great o-line and running back 13/1
I would think both are public but it’s still early sooo maaaaybeee there is value. I haven’t pushed any button. NFL is extremely tough.
I like looking at the bottom 10-12 teams for super bowl odds and picking a lotto ticket. The one that stands out to me as most plausible is Arizona at 100/1. New coach, new qb, could take the league by storm a la the greatest show on turf.
If you squint through the organizations history of failure, you can kinda see Jets at 80/1. Pats dynasty has to crash at some point.
Keep in mind the Sawks won’t even make the playoffs. That speaks to the AL power vs NL.
Really interesting game today
Sale -180 v Chicken Strips
How stupid are folks? Sale (Tim Lincecum) is THE WORST ROI to date.
Dodgers are only .500 on the road. I will say that team travel after the All Star break has gotta be tough too.
Plus price on Dodgers has got to be tempting for most. These just aren’t the same 2 teams we saw in the World Series
This an extremely tough day in the MLB despite 16 games. Might just sit this one out rather than doing something dumb and getting pissed off
Although Bauer vs my Minny is possible or the Reds vs Rockies Freeland.
Rare posing for me in here, fanboy bet not in any way sharp.

From my home town. I’ve played with him several times and he is one hell of a player. A really really nice dude to boot.
why the fuck do I feel like im being played here?
we all saw how 'layoff tiger woods' and 'not very warm weather tiger woods' faired at Bethpage...high temps in the lowish 60s...and now they're giving me a price...
Back to the sports degeneracy now that I'm no longer concentrating on the WSOP.
KC (Junis) +114 vs. Chicago White Sox (Giolito)
Pittsburgh (Musgrove) at St. Louis (Mikolas) - Under 8 -103
It’s time Daly. Create a College Football thread. The futures picks will be up front.
Here are some chaulky unders to inspire you. This is more about the lol quotient than value but they are all winners
CALIFORNIA - UNDER +6 WINS -155
BOSTON COLLEGE - UNDER +6½ WINS -165
NOTRE DAME - UNDER +9½ WINS -150
Jesus still loves me.
I like when we on the same side Sanlmar. I do really like the Cal under - I can’t find 5 wins on that schedule let alone 6-7.
Down year for BC this year I agree.
The ND Under is a sharp bet. They aren’t beating Georgia or Michigan on the road. Just need to find one more L and there is enough talent on the schedule to find another.
Alright GBCP. I only learn by betting and being emotionally involved. I miss stuff when paper trading. Trying to get more involved with golf
Odds to Win the 2019 Open Championship - Rickie Fowler +2800
I would rather Jon Rahm but BOL offered this on Soufflé. I only have so much lottery $
Odds to Win the 2019 Open Championship - Xander Schauffele +2500
Daly, not a best bet but something I just noticed
Mets Matz (and crap bullpen) vs Minny Pineda. I like Minny but am realistic about Pineda
930 New York Mets/Minnesota Twins over 10 -111 for Game
You always have better lines GBCP and it’s pissing me off.
Hmmm, I’m not paying taxes .... but the rake on bitcoin cashouts is a tax of sorts.
There are days like these when I wish I had your legal option. I do mean NJ and not the other idiotic states. Yeah, I’m good.
Congrats anyway.
Good to see you betting same. You take the golf more serious than me.
in fairness I pumped that X bet in during the US Open because I saw at DK he was something in the 20s like where you got him and wanted to make sure I locked in his 30:1 price...
they have the string up for next year...half tempted to put down on X right now since all of the prices are in the 30s...unless he gets hurt, I don't see those odds getting much better...
im not a good odds man like daly...he could probably tell you if we're getting fucked...I just think at 30:1, you gimmie a guy who is consistently at the top of the leaderboards on sundays in majors, I gotta believe im making money at that price...
I mean I half don't mind your ricky gamble...again at that price, don't see it being all that bad...when he's in the teens he's an easy fade, but up near 30, why the fuck not...
Jays/Sawks first inning run yes -170win
Tampa/NYY first inning run no +100win
Phillies +170 win
Atlanta +155 loss
Aiming for one win with two live dogs. Success
Speaking of live dogs:
Baltimore (Wojciechowski) +166 vs. Washington (Voth)
Both of these pitchers suck. Anything can happen.
Starting in a few minutes.
Wavered on this one but decided to fire. I hate betting the Orioles.
GL me
Orioles are such a maddening team.
Load the bases with 1 out in the first, fail to score, then give up a run in the 2nd.
Boy they suck.
What a disaster. I gotta swear of the Orioles. I can't get them right.
Sadly I was considering two dogs today, Toronto and Baltimore, and went with Baltimore. Toronto up 6-4 in the late innings right now.
Atlanta +100 (Keuchel)
St Louis -125. Archer hasn't been himself in the NL. Hip was hurting last game.
You're right about Archer. He's been terrible this season. Though in recent times, he's been throwing a lot of games where he goes 6 innings and allows 3 runs (as he did today), but he's rarely pitching really well. I see St. Louis scratched by.
Sorry about the Braves, which was also close.
Anyway, I said I wouldn't go with Baltimore again.... and today.... I'm going with Baltimore again. Plus an under.
In the O's game, Brooks has split time between starting and relief this year, and was just picked up by Baltimore after being released by Oakland. However, in the past month, Brooks has actually pitched well (though his appearances were all short). Fedde is going the opposite direction, with 4 not-so-good outings in a row.
Baltimore (Brooks) +163 vs. Washington (Fedde)
Cleveland (Clevinger) vs. Detroit (Turnbull) - Under 9 -119
How bad is Baltimore?
In the 3rd, they got two men on base, nobody scored, and nobody was left on base.
There was not a double play or triple play in the inning.
:fail2
Cleveland under looking pretty good though.
What a joke to have an under 9 where it's 3-1 after 7, and you end up tying it. And keep in mind I had to sweat it to even get the tie.
Baltimore down 2-1 at the moment. I don't have a lot of faith that they'll come back.
:gay3
Baltimore ended up whacking the Nats in the late innings.
Not a bad day after all. A tie and a +163 win.
NFL Team Wins - Regular Season Wins - Detroit Lions - Under +7 Wins -110
Matt Stafford’s wife is recovering/dealing with brain cancer. My opinion, Stafford may actually miss some games. Regardless, he won’t be as fully committed as he might be another year.
The secret sauce here is that if this angle is immaterial - Stafford and his ex-Patriot head coach suck anyway. They prolly blow this trainwreck up after this season.
It’s 6.5 in some Vegas books. I am told there exists a prop that Lions will have THE WORST record in NFL. I am visiting a brick and mortar book today and will look into that too.
Hope his wife does well but a bucks a buck.
Prettiest sight in the world ..
well san, you couldn't ask for a better start...
and then he turns into a teenager on prom night, puking his guts out everywhere...
looks like daly was right...we spelled very poorly...
enjoy the sportsbook day...
think there might be a couple of opportunities next year to bet against tiger again...think we're gonna see a similar pattern where he doesn't play a lot of competitive golf between majors and practices a little...good thing is that the books will juice him up so we'll get a nice price...
2020 masters...wouldn't bet against him here...he'll be able to set up competitive and practice schedule as he sees fit...
2020 PGA...harding park...san Francisco...west coasters, let me know about general san fran weather in mid-may...thinking coldish...if that's the case im gonna fire against him at will...
2020 US Open...winged foot...suburban NYC...have to see how he starts off and how he talks about how he's feeling/preparing...
2020 British...royal st. georges...as long as it's gonna be in the mid-60s and below with wind/rain...fire at will against him...
Only one pick today... a non-public over! How often do you see that?
St. Louis (Hudson) at Cincinnati (Roark) - Over 10 +105 (down to -108 ok)
Best line on Bovada right now
I’ve been following Golf through the years and I don’t think I’ve ever seen this beforelet alone at a Major.
"I didn’t check it close enough,” Duval said. “I mark my balls with a yellow dot because everyone uses red and black. I don’t see red well.”
He played almost the entire hole with the incorrect ball before realizing what had happened. He had to return to the tee and play the hole over again. After playing his first two holes in 2 under, he was 12 over when he arrived at the eighth tee.
Fortunately, I view golf as a lottery.
This just reinforces that view. I’m cured
think he was so lost after having to hit 2 or 3 provisional balls that he probably forgot which flavor of titleist he was hitting...
on an unrelated note, imagine betting on the favorite and being crippled on the first hole...that can't feel good...
Mets/Giants no run 1st inning -140
